I was thinking, Hagoromo's Rinnegan is like a watered down Sharinnegan from Kaguya.

Or he inherited from the Ten Tails.

Sasuke awakened rinnegan because of the chakra naruto gave him, senju, hashirama's chakra, curse mark, and being near death.

Hagaromo only gave them seals. Like Naruto's balls which was given to him because of the bijuu are gone.
Hagaromo took the seal back along with his chakra. If what you said is true then his eye would be gone.

Sasuke eye was converted from having yin and yang chakra.

Actually I'm not 100% sure where his eye came from. The sage only gave them chakra...which he took back so its illogical to say because of chakra...since sasuke didn't get rinnegan right away when Naruto gave him the kyuubi cloak/his chakra which supposedly gives him rinnegan.

Meaning there are many ways he could have gotten it, but definitely not by the Sage.

What Genjutsu feats deos the Rinnegan have? Why deos it have none? Because its not a Genjutsu type eye.While Sasukes eyes has the power of the Sharingan and Rinnegan instead of just the Rinnegan.

we don't even know what all sasuke eye is capable of. considering he got this power because he received hogoromo's chakra, i would imagine anything he could do, hogoromo could do. but there is a possibility i am wrong. i mean at first we thought the rinnegan could only do the things nagato did, then madara came in and dropped meteors and had limbo's. who's not to say thathogoromo had a shit ton of techs and we just never got to see them. also it has been made clear that the more chakra or more powerful chakra you have the stronger your rinnegan is. considering sasuke is nowhere near as powerful as hogoromo, his pales in comparison.
