Exactly what i'm trying to find out, the average speed a normal teenage can pitch a fastball is 45-66MPH, i don't get how its a strength feat it transform after she threw it.

That can also simply mean allowing the chakra to be focused on the hand and releasing it to enhance the strength of the hand.

If release was used in the terms your using it, Then they would not need to release it at a certain time, Since they could release the chakra at any time before or Mid punch to increase that muscular strength. Why they would only increase their muscle strength a split second before hitting makes no sense.

As i've said to both of you already

CES (if that is even it's offical name) Doesn't actually enhance strength, Its a simple matter of focusing chakra and so forth. Since both CES and Sakura Cherry blossom thing work in the exact same way.
It's just like Heavenly Foot of Pain (just a shite name) works exactly the same as CES but the user focuses chakra into their foot instead of their fist.

Since i cannot find the Databook on CES (if there is one yet) i'll quote wiki even though I don't like using it.

This is a technique where the user Focuses chakra into their hands and feet using precise chakra control and releases it with pinpoint timing. The bold is what i've been saying this whole time and also perfectly describes sakura's blossom attack.

How was he wrong thou ? even the scan so posted backs this up it was the size of a pokeball when Sakura picked it up and threw it.

OT: I think that was upper body strength. CES is focusing chakra at a point to increase impact as an explosive blow.

Databooks are official books written by kishi giving info on the Manga. Sites like Narutopedia are fan made so there are many errors.

1.the only thing i was implying was both Cherry blossom impact and Heavenly foot of pain uses chakra to enhace their strength[Which is currently termed as CES]
Cherry blossom impact: it is punching on ground or punching opponent to ground thus creating an reffect like Petals of cherry blossom flying which is not the case when sakura punches the opponent with just a chakra enhanced punch which we fans term as CES if it dosen't exist in DB.
2.Sakura was able to throw the lion headed canon to catch sasori offgaurd so chakra can be used to increase throwing powers aka strength.So why can't she lift the sword with the seal and enhacing her strength?

If an old woman could throw it, what makes you think it is hard to throw for a fit ninja girl? she is stronger than the avarage girls in her agegroup because she trained in taijutsu AND she is a ninja, so it shouldn't be so surprising she was able to do that with her base strength.

Kabuto also has like 3 points in strength, he isn't using CES and he still was able to send Tsunade flying with a punch.

I simply asked who defined Chakra enhanced strength... no one has given me answer... You keep talking about a punch technique that uses CES. But not CES itself.
