Thats all that has been said in the manga. Nothing about any physical increases.

Even though it's considered to be super strength, It's not actually Physical strength that gives her punches such power, It's concentrated chakra in her fists. This form of strength cannot be transferred to lifting and such. it's simply use for punching/blowing shit up
