Madara would clown him with Limbo, as he can't see or sense it coming. The moment he becomes tangible to attack, he gets a hand shoved through his chest.

Hagoromo would destroy him with the Gudo Dama the moment he became tangible to attack as well. Obito isn't fast enough to hang in CQC with any Juubi Jinchuuriki. Not to mention Shinra Tensei also works since Obito can't see it coming, its instant, and with enough force he becomes nothing but one big pile of flesh.
