Thing with minato is that he is talented and brought up in a shinobi system that improves battle sense/prowess.

Now there is a significant difference between people who's kekkai genkai can easily submit bijuus and a guy who doesn't have that at all.

Like Hebi Sasuke, he can suppress the bijuu chakra from leaking out of part II naruto.

Look at 14 ms Obito, he easily subdue the kyuubi and is several times stronger.

Despite the minor set back of not being able to utilize full power, minato still beat him in that little exchange they had.

So you need to take into account of the situation he was in before jumping the gun here.

EMS Madara also fought sm Hashirama and the kyuubi too, kushina notified that in the story she told naruto.

Tobirama was is not too far off from his brother, and with a high level kage like Minato there is no chance he'll win.

Even the Raikage with bijuu level chakras gets his daily spanking from Minato during their kage terms.

1. SS is not a projectile,
2. SS is far too large for Minato to teleport

He trains with his brother in sagemode, while Madara was close to Izuna at base Hashirama and Tobirama were the same.

If they were fighting PS Madara, I would see Tobirama setting up about 100+ Edo tensei (fodder or not) and surround Madara Susanoo and blow them up with Gojo constantly.

This can go on forever because they're Edo tenseis.

He can send in a whole army of a thousand like kabuto did, and ignite them all day long.

That would wipe a whole village clean.

Just one from half of his Edo body cause enough explosion to mountain size and then some.

Let's not give him edo tensei when we are unsure who Tobirama has used as edos and if he could use this technique efficiently. Orochimaru said he perfected the technique in Part 1, and it was still pretty worthless seeing as how the edos were less than 50%, I cant imagine how Tobirama's edo tensei was.
