Description: User makes 2 handseals and claps his hands to summon many but small termites within the range to surround a wood, earth or any organic matter technique which they eat before the technique could do anything significant. And if the size of the technique is just too big then the termites will eat major part of it, rendering it useless.
Note: -It can only be used against techniques A-rank and below.
-Can only be used against solid techniques, not on mud etc.
-Termites poof away right after they are done eating the technique.
-Must have signed Termite contract.
-Can only be used 2 times per battle.
-Can ony be taught by Enzup.

Description: The user compresses a large amount of chakra built up inside their body and releases it in the shape of a Falcon that forms around him after he performs the Horse → Snake → Ram →Tiger handseals. The user can send the Falcon hurtling towards a target that incinerates everything in its path and it explodes into a male storm of fire upon contact with solid objects. The flames are hot enough to evaporate large quantities of water over a period of time. Like a similar fire release jutsu Horusu No Seinaru Honō has a high temperature, and as the flaming Falcon flies it creates an upward movement of air currents which in turn can give rise to thunder clouds. This jutsu can also be used as a defensively wall to protect the user from incoming attacks.

Description: A large amount of wind chakra is challenged into the user's blade and after performing the hand seals Dog → Snake → Horse → Rat, The User slashes their weapon and releases two incredibly fast arcs of wind that carries the properties of the blades used to launch them. While the speed at which an arc of wind is launched can effect its cutting potential, the true performance of this technique is the fact that blades collect and augment themselves with air as it travels forward. This is possible due to the unique shape of the blades of of wind, which cuts into the air and reroutes it into the blade itself. This design requires that the technique is launched with incredible speed, which without would cause the burst of wind expand dramatically as it traveled forward; this would cause its force to diminish too rapidly to serve any real function. In terms of destructive capability the forefront of this technique possesses a blade of wind of considerable cutting potential. Behind this sharpened wind is a vacuum generated by the blades' quick traversal of space, causing a wave of destruction when it is violently filled with air.

Description: Shu is the weapons specialist of the Underland, standing at 10 feet tall with pitch black fur and red eyes. Unlike most Giant Ninja Rats from the Underland he appears clad in lightweight body armor with two swords that can connect at there hilts to create a spear. Shu is Ańbu Juniør's personal summon and is oriented towards Kenjutsu even though he has an affinity for wind, capable of releasing B-ranked slicing blades of wind from the swing of his swords or claws. He is also able to use any of AJ’s wind related Kenjutsu and regular Kenjutsu techniques. One of Shu's abilities allows his to release his wind chakra while running at high speeds. The chakra coats his body to create motion blur that fools the opponent into thinking that he’s moving faster than he actually is, which makes it difficult for opponents to properly judge his actual distance from them. The Coat of wind also serves to protect him from non focused A-rank and below elemental attacks such as Chidori Nagashi.
-Can only be summoned once and stays on the field for four turns.
-The Use of Shu's abilities count as a move.
-The coat of wind can only be used once and lasts for two turns.

Contract Validation

✦ Declined, she is able to use up to S rank Kenjutsu, not any. And what about coating her body in wind fools her opponent? Creating a motion blur without a defined speed means she is still moving at speeds trackable by the naked eye. This coat of wind also isnt going to be able to block A rank and below elemental attacks, meaning that she basically can tank A ranks and below, no. B rank at the most and even then, with the other abilities, I'm skeptical about allowing it. ✦

You know the routine: the jutsus left pending will be checked as soon as possible, though there is likely only one or two of those. Remember to read through the last few pages to see what has been approved and what hasnt to get a better view of what is allowed. In terms of contracts, remember to search both this and the archived threads to see what it has been approved or tried over the years. That being said, remember to read the first post here as well and keep it in mind when submitting. Have fun!

Making the Ashura Senku into an actual jutsu. A quick description as well as a gif can be found in the link above.

1. Ashura Senku|Asura Flashing Sky
Type: Defense/Supplementary
Rank: S
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 40
Damage points: N/A (+10 if struck while Ashura Senku is active; -10 to user when Ashura Senku is active)
Description: After activating the Satsui no Hadō, the user focuses a large amount of chakra throughout his/her body, using his rage and anger to 'warp' the chakra, so to speak, causing the characteristic red chakra flares around his/her body to bend around his body, creating a coat of chakra that manifests itself as a kind of after-image when the user moves, making it harder for the enemy to strike him head-on. The increase of chakra throughout his body also increases his speed sharply, effectively doubling it (note: this only applies if the user has not used any other jutsu/mode that enhances his strength, meaning it can't be used in conjunction to EIG, Sage Mode, etc. and only works DURING the Ashura Senku, thus making it an ideal jutsu for quick escape) during the time the jutsu is used. Once he has activated the Satsui no Hadō, the user widens his stance, and his enhanced chakra-cloak glows red. He then lifts one knee and quickly "glides" along the ground to another location with his eyes aglow. Where he glides depends on whether the user choices to move forward, backwards, or any other direction, so long as it is in a straight line from his starting position and no item (i.e. tree, giant rock, building, etc) is in his path. The glide can be used to get away from an opponent bearing down on him, to suddenly launch an attack (often from behind), or perhaps to simply psych out the opponent and keep them guessing. Due to the dark nature of the Satsui no Hadō, the red chakra around the user is imbibed with such an evil intent, that it actually hurts the user's skin and burns his skins slightly as he uses it, similar to how Naruto's skin is burned when using the 4-tailed transformation; however it works on both ends of the spectrum: as long as the Ashura Senku technique is active, the user's skin will be in intense pain but if an enemy were to strike him while it is active, they will feel the same pain, though on a greater scale when compared to the user. However, given all the perks of the jutsu, the user has much to be wary about. Only able to use the jutsu 3 times per fight, shall the user use it all three times, he runs the risk of the dark nature of the Satsui no Hadō taking over, causing him to become enraged and lose control of his sanity, making him unable to use jutsus higher than C-rank for two turns and no taijutsu for the rest of the fight due to intense physical pain. After using it, he speed is also dramatically decreased by half, causing him to severally be limited in terms of movement. Furthermore, the user is unable to use the jutsu in rapid succession. It takes a minimal of three turns in between before he is able to use the jutsu again.

Notes:
*Can only be used three times at a most, with a three turn waiting period in between.
*After using once, the user cannot use any jutsus higher than A-rank that turn and no taijutsu of A-rank and higher for two turns.
*After using twice, the user cannot use any jutsus higher than B-rank that turn and no tai of B-rank and higher for 5 turns.
*After using all three times, the user cannot use any jutsus higher than C-rank for 3 turns and no taijutsu for the rest of the fight.
*The user can only move uni-directionally, meaning he can only glide in straight lines. He also can only glide from one range to the next, meaning he can move from short range to mid range, mid range to long range and vice-versa but not short range to long range or long range to short range.
*After the technique has ended, the user's speed is severely cut in half, causing him to move at speeds that make Gaara's running speed seem fast (Gaara is used as a reference, due to him being considered one of the slowest in-manga characters). This effect only lasts the turn the user uses the Ashura Senku. However, if the user uses this technique at the end of his turn, then his NEXT turn, he will have this lowered speed the entire turn.
*Can't be used with any other mode or speed-enhancing jutsus.
*Can only be used after the Satsui no Hadō has been activated.
*Must have learned Satsui no Hadō and be at least 'User' rank within the Satsui no Hadō ranking system (See CFS for details).
*Gilding isn't the same as flying or hovering. The user "kicks/jumps" into a direction so fast that he "glides" until he reaches the destination. As such, this technique can't be used in mid-air.

I added as many restrictions as limits I could think of at the moment. There's a chance that it'll get declined but I'm willing to work as hard as I can to get it approved, even if it means submitting a heavily editted version where I can only jump backwards 4 feet with no chakra coating. Also, sorry for the wall of text xd.

Kongou Kokuretsu Zan | Diamond Country Splitting Cut

Description: The user gathers large amounts of Satsui no Hado manipulated chakra and raises his arm towards the sky and charges all the chakra into said arm, which takes around a second or two. Then, he violently slams his fist on the ground which results in an explosion of pure energy, which first takes the form of a lightning bolt and then emanates outwards in a shock wave of energy. The resulting wave has such a large amount of Satsui no Hado chakra inside it that the wave itself becomes physically harmful, destroying the terrain as it spreads outward in a destructive manner. The wave is powerful enough to force opponents backwards from the user, with the waves hot enough to slightly burn and singe the skin slightly of the opponent caught in the wave (not hot enough to incapacitate a foe however). The point of contact, where the user's arm strikes, becomes completely shattered and leaves a crater of 6 meters deep (around 20 feet) and 10 meters wide (around 30 feet), with the user left standing in the middle. The sheer force and power of the strike is so great that it causes a slight earthquake to be felt around the field; this earthquake alone causes no damage to any opponent, unless they are under ground, of course. The wave is so great that opponents caught in it will feel great heat emanating from it, causing small first degree burns along their body. If the opponent is struck head-on, the impact will cause their body to be severely injured, the point of impact on the said enemy will have it's bones struck with enough force to shatter them almost completely, (similar to how Gaara's sand shattered the bones in Lee's arm when they battled during the Chuunin exams), along with causing slight paralysis, not literally paralyzing the foe, but it causes their speed to become slowed to levels of Gaara's, perhaps the slowest moving canon character. Coincidentally, if they already move this slow, then their speed will be dropped even further due to the strike. Broken bones, and ruptured internal organs with slowed speed awaits a downed foe once they are struck with this jutsu. However, despite all the wonders granted by this jutsu, it also has severe drawbacks. Only capable of using it thrice, the user is only able to use one other jutsu during the turn this is used, and it must be a Satsui no Hado natured jutsu. The user is also left with great pressure on the arm he performed the jutsu with, causing it to become severely injured and after using it, he can only use ninjutsu for the following three turns, no taijutsu nor kenjutsu with said arm. The user is only able to use one other jutsu that same turn he uses this jutsu as well.
Notes:
*No taijutsu/kenjutsu for two turns with said arm.
*Can only be used thrice with an interval of at least 3 turns
*Cannot be used with any other chakra enhancing mode such as Sage Mode or EIG or various other modes which increases the users chakra/speed

The resulting wave has such a large amount of Satsui no Hado chakra inside it that the wave itself becomes physically harmful, destroying the terrain as it spreads outward in a destructive manner. The wave is powerful enough to force opponents backwards from the user, with the waves hot and powerful enough to severely burn an opponent caught in the wave. The point of contact, where the user's arm strikes, becomes completely shattered and leaves a crater of 10 meters deep and 10 meters wide, with the user left standing in the middle. 3. ( Gakidō: Kāmaloka ) - Preta Path: Kāmaloka

Description: Based on similar concepts to the (Fūjutsu Kyūin) - Blocking Technique Absorption Seal and the Chakra Transfer technique, the user activates Preta Path and absorbs any chakra, regardless of any shape or nature transformation, and dispersing it within one's body by spinning the chakra within one's body in the opposite direction. As a result, this technique can absorb any ninjutsu based technique, regardless of power, without harming the user. After said chakra has been absorbed, the user keeps this chakra stored in what call be described as a "pocket", or a part of the body that allows him to call upon this chakra at a later point with ease. Should the user use a jutsu of the same nature of the one he absorbed, he is able to use the chakra absorbed in conjunction with this attack to augment the power of the attack, increasing it's mass and power. For example, should the user absorb a Katon jutsu, he is able to add the absorbed Katon chakra to the new attack, adding onto it's power equivalent to double the chakra absorbed. This allows the user to release the absorbed chakra as a "phantom" attack, releasing a second version of the released attack, equivalent to the chakra absorbed. For example, if the user absorbs an A rank Flame Pillar attack, he is able to release this excess chakra when Fireball Shower is used with the same power it had when absorbed, but in the same appearance and manner of a second released Fireball Shower. Of course, this jutsu is with it's own limitations. After the absorbed chakra has been released, the user is unable to use that same nature in the following turn and cannot use Preta Path itself for 2 subsequent turns.
Note: If a stream jutsu is used, then the user cannot release the additional chakra at the same time. This only works with projectile style attacks.
Note: Can only be used once every 3 turns and at max 5 times a battle.
Note: After using, the user cannot use that same nature for two turns.
Note: This jutsu has to be used in place of the Blocking Technique Absorption Seal in order to absorb something.


 Declined  Considering the benefits of the original technique and how many times it can be used already, adding this is overkill. It would allow not only more defensive power but also offensive one when the original canon technique can already defend from virtually anything.

Old Amegakure researchers kept five people awake for fifteen days using an experimental gas based stimulant. They were kept in a sealed environment to carefully monitor their oxygen intake so the gas didn't kill them, since it was toxic in high concentrations. This was before closed circuit cameras so they had only microphones and 5 inch thick glass porthole sized windows into the chamber to monitor them. The chamber was stocked with books, cots to sleep on but no bedding, running water and toilet, and enough dried food to last all five for over a month. The test subjects were known rebels, Akatsuki affiliates. These men and women was placed under direct orders of Hanzo. After five hand seals are performed the user will alter the chakra flow to the brain of his opponent(s), effectively placing the them in a genjutsu. The opponent(s) will find themselves in area of the Old Amegakure Sleep Experiment. The room is dark and filled with the toxic gas, however this gas was not the one used in the original experiment. Also in the room are three horrifyingly mutated creatures, failures that look eerily familiar yet ominously strange. There looked humanoid just enough to not be considered animals, yet having features so alike that one couldn't shake the thought that they're seeing the creatures in the mirror, an echo in the target's mind of what they used to be before, humans. One of them smiles at the target and laughs as it grabs them and begins to speak. “Have you forgotten so easily? We are you. We are what you hide from in your beds every night. We are what you sedate into silence and paralysis when you go to the nocturnal haven where we cannot tread.” The creature would say this slowly and calmly before releasing the target and retreating as the gas that entered the area makes the opponent(s) dizzy. Their eyes become blurred as the gas now begins to take effect. The area around them would begin to slow down, and they'll begin to hear their own heart beat, steady but eased breathing, however these feats, the creature lacked though it was hard to notice. As the dreadful gas starts to take their consciousness, the creature then speaks once more. “Now it’s your turn…” what the target doesn't know is as the gas was filling up in his lungs the whole time, in reality his senses are cut off due to the Genjutsu targeting all 5 senses, and eventually will fall unconscious for 2 turns.

 Declined  DNR. You failed to explain what this genjutsu is, how its performed and the genjutsu itself makes no sense. Copying things from an urban myth site about russian experiments on humans is not a viable genjutsu description.

Description:
The user will use 3 hand seals; the user then casts a small illusion on the target altering his five senses. The user will have created an illusionary shadow clone, emulating the actual procedure of making a shadow clone. However this shadow clone wasn’t the same as the original. Its face is dark and its eyes are shallow, almost like its seen a ghost. The clone then quickly dashes at speeds equal to the 4th gate, but suddenly stops in front of the target and will be holding a box on his hands. He then moves his shadow like the Nara clan jutsu and prevents the target from moving. The clone then walks up to the clone and the opens the box and inside, is a heart. The heart is still beating and the clone says “This once belonged to me…im the original… please accept this token of friendship” ad as this the user who is also in the jutsu will grab his chest, almost like he had a heart attack and dies in the spot. The clone then grabs the trapped target and places his own hand on the heart of target and says “Will I have yours in return?” and the grabs into the chest of the target and rips out his heart. The pain simulated from the heart ripping causes mental stress on the brain and causes the genjutsu to end afterwards from the pain.

Velenosa(Poisonous) is a medium sized coyote , with the ability to harden and shoot her fur twice per battle(C-Rank) . She is a very stealthy, fast and agile Coyote. Her speed and fur colour gives her near invisibility near vegetation and trees. Velenosa wields a large double edged scythe, which, just like her fur and claws, is embued in poison. The poison has stunning abilities, and if used correctly, can stop any enemy.
Velenosa is a very quiet coyote, and only talks if necessary.

The third kazekage decided to keep them as they would aid him in battle and the covered his eyes from being blinded by the constant sand in sunagakure or accidentally by his own iron sand.

They emit a chakra field mid range all around the user, the air and underground as well. An object that is within the field is known to the goggles. The Goggle's can know where the object or chakra signature is, how big it is and it's speed, if moving, but only if the user is able to perceive and track the speed of said object himself. This information is sent right to the user as the goggles are connected.

Instead of propelling the user in a direction of their desire this technique will repel an opponent’s attacks or their entire body completely depending on the amount of chakra the user puts into this technique. In close range the chakra can be released from an arm to block an incoming punch and throw the opponent’s arm off course for example. The user’s arm will also respond to the sudden release of wind as well and be propelled in the opposite direction so the user must account for this in their actions so not to injure themselves. At C-Rank this technique can be used to block simple attacks and repel just those attacks while doing no direct damage to the opponent. At B-Rank this technique can be used against attacks that can potentially break bones and ligaments while at the same time knocking them off course.
Note: This technique can only be used once every 2 turns.

The description and background should be used to provide information that is transferable to the RP. Things like size, color, unique characteristics (i.e. their "horn"). Stuff like their age of sexual maturity, specific feeding patterns, living around Canada/Arctic, places that don't exist in the Narutoverse, etc. are unimportant and can be removed.

This jutsu was crafted from a wind specialist that wanted a quick acting attack that could serve as a defensive mechanism also so he wouldn't be left with many opening when he attacked. He came up with the idea of the "Berserker Kick". By channeling mass amounts of wind chakra into his lower body, the user would swiftly stomp on a surface as he released the wind chakra from his legs in conjunction with the stomp. The wind suddenly bursts out in a 360 degree manner, but the moment it is leaving the legs, the user applies great chakra control in the form of shape manipulation. The wind would instantly be molded into numerous legs identical to the user's but twice the size. The legs of wind rapidly kick in every direction besides upwards, looking like a bunch of white/translucent legs are bicycle kicking everything away from the user. The 360 degree range of the legs create a sort of "barricade" of legs surrounding the user, the barricade being slightly taller than the user himself. This successfully creates a barricade of kicks that will rip through anything within 5m of the user while protecting him from anything that comes in range. The user can fuel chakra into the barricade to sustain the kicks, but can't perform jutsu whilst doing so. Due to the kicks even going below the user into the ground, attacks from below would be defended from also if reasonable. The attack itself leaves a 5m crater around the user because of the destruction it holds with the wind kicks.

Okay, so if I'm not wrong here...you stomp the ground and suddenly Wind comes out in the shape of your foot (but larger) and basically act as a shield in front of you and even going into the ground with its strength? Now, that makes no sense at all. If it goes into the ground underneath you1If they kick in a 360 direction, how exactly do they form a barricade as tall as you because I'm under the impression that if it is a 360 direction, it should go up to hip length at least. Lastly, add a better restriction.

Within the compressed earth blade is pressurized wind chakra that lays dormant until commanded to "explode". The pressurized wind inside the Earth blade would then explode in whatever direction the scythe's blade is pointing and would have enough force and cutting power (S-rank) to rip apart almost anything in its path.

Description: This technique was created by the Sage of The Sky, allowing himself to fight in a terrain that didn't favor any other elements other than his main affinity; Wind. The user does 3 Hand seals (whether it's main affinity or not) and slams his palms on the ground. This prompts 4 white translucent clones made entirely of wind to appear, each having no distinct features other than the shape and figure being that of the creator. Each clone appears in one of the 4 main directions (North, East, South, West) being exactly 25m away from the user with the user acting as an epicenter. Upon appearing each clone would raise their hands towards the center with their palms facing forwards, stealthily secreting wind chakra across the terrain. This is the start of the Kiss Land. A split second after the clones are created a loud rumbling will be heard and a tangible yet translucent box forms around the user and the opponent. The walls/floor/roof of the box are all created in perfect sync, making a massive cube that stands 25m tall and reaches 25m in each direction. Once the rumbling is heard it is too late to escape, the box is created and instantly shot high into the air (50m high) and sustained there for 5 turns. All four clones are connected to the walls constantly flowing wind chakra into the box to keep it floating and retain its shape. Due to the solidified state of the wind walls created to make the walls, it would be able to resist most outside attacks S-rank and below according to strengths and weaknesses. It would also keep out all outside sources, such as rain and other things.
Inside Kiss Land
  • Upon creating Kiss Land, the clones create massive wind currents withing the Cube. The winds are so powerful it makes it hard for anyone to move inside, halving the movement speed of everything inside and making it hard to successfully pull off precise projectile attacks because the winds would throw everything off trajectory. Throwing kunais, swords, arrows etc would prove useless within Kiss Land. Due to the chakra in the wind being the users, he gains the inate ability to sense everything within the box
  • While inside Kiss Land no earth Jutsu that needs an existing source of earth or requires the user to be touching earth can be used due to the fact both the user and the target are suspended inside a massive box of nothing but wind. Same with water; Any jutsu that requires an existing source of water to use would become impossible to use seeing as there would be no source of water. Along with earth and water being restricted to being shot from the body, fire is not suggested to be used in Kiss Land either. Fire being wind's natural predator, the fire would eat away at the wind inside and the box itself engulfing all inside and burning them to death. Though whoever used the fire first would be engulfed first seeing as they'd be closer to the initial flame. The last restriction while in Kiss Land is the restriction of lightning, obviously. Due to the raging winds inside, it acts as an automatic neutralizer to all lightning techniques.
So while in Kiss Land it is suggested that close quarter fighting and Wind usage only occur, if needed genjutsu. But the purpose of this jutsu is to encourage close quarter fighting. After 5 turns the box descends back to the ground and disperses releasing that wind all over the battlefield clearing whatever natural occurrences lye below. (Mist, Fog, Steam etc.)

Description: Ivlivs, a legendary weapon forged by Medea herself, was a coin roughly the size of a golden drachma, but is actually an aureus made completely of imperial gold, making it indestructible. The coin's two sides have Julius Caesar on one and an axe on the other, which refers to Caesar's victorious conquest over the barbarian tribes of Gaul (Southern France), which were represented by an axe. The coin was found by Ashitaka during a trip to France. He visited an old battlefield where the Roman Legion battled the Gaul, and saw a golden coin laying on the ground. Thinking nothing of it, Ashitaka picked it up and pocketed the coin. In his room in Konoha, Ashitaka flipped the coin to decide a silly question of his, heads being yes and tails being no, but was alarmed to find out when he flipped the coin, it landed on it's head side and begun a transformation. The coin turned into a three foot long imperial gold sword once it landed on heads, and on tails, it transformed into a five foot long lance. Due to Zues' blessing, any raiton channeled through the sword or lance gets a ten damage point bonus. An ability that Ivlivs' sword form has is that if Ashitaka channels raiton chakra through it, he can double his striking speed and power with kenjutsu, a B-ranked ability. One ability that Ivlivs' lancer form has is that it can conduct incoming electrical attacks, and by thrusting Ivlivs' javelin form at the opponent, the incoming raiton will be expelled at them in the form of a lightning bolt. This ability is D-S ranked depending on the incoming raiton jutsu. Or, by thrusting Ivlivs' javelin form up into the air, a lightning bolt will rain down for Ivlivs to conduct and shoot out at the enemy. This ability is A-ranked. Ivlivs is very loyal to Ashitaka, and if anyone other than him tries to utilize Ivlivs, it will begin to glow and burst spikes of compressed raiton all around, effectively ruining the opponent's hand.

✦ Declined, while I like the idea of making Jason's sword/lance, the doubling striking speed/power is a no. The lance ability makes little sense; you make it seem like you are releasing the lightning but then say "depending on the incoming jutsu". Also, a now to the lightning bolt raining down, has been done before with Lightning based CW. And the last part is eh, it'd make more sense for it to turn back into a coin, much like Percy's CW turns back into a pen. ✦

With the use of shape and nature manipulation, a bubble in the shape of a penguin, made of raiton, would envelop the user. Not only that, but the bubble of raiton would have a very fast rotation to it, causing any projectile that hit's the bubble to be redirected back to where it came from, acting as a reflector. If this projectile happened to be water, the water technique would be stronger due to conducting some raiton as it is being redirected. If a person would touch the bubble of raiton, it would shock the opponent and cause the limb to go numb for two turns.

Description: Ivlivs, a legendary weapon forged by Medea herself, was a coin roughly the size of a golden drachma, but is actually an aureus made completely of imperial gold, making it indestructible. The coin's two sides have Julius Caesar on one and an axe on the other, which refers to Caesar's victorious conquest over the barbarian tribes of Gaul (Southern France), which were represented by an axe. The coin was found by Ashitaka during a trip to France. He visited an old battlefield where the Roman Legion battled the Gaul, and saw a golden coin laying on the ground. Thinking nothing of it, Ashitaka picked it up and pocketed the coin. In his room in Konoha, Ashitaka flipped the coin to decide a silly question of his, heads being yes and tails being no, but was alarmed to find out when he flipped the coin, it landed on it's head side and begun a transformation. The coin turned into a three foot long imperial gold sword once it landed on heads, and on tails, it transformed into a five foot long lance. Due to Zues' blessing, any raiton channeled through the sword or lance gets a ten damage point bonus. An ability that Ivlivs' sword form has is that if Ashitaka channels raiton chakra through it, raiton armor in the shape of a giant penguin materializes around the user. The giant penguin shroud is an A-ranked ability and follows the elemental strengths and weaknesses for raiton. One ability that Ivlivs' lancer form has is that it can conduct incoming electrical attacks, and by thrusting Ivlivs' javelin form at the opponent, the incoming raiton will be expelled at them in the form of a lightning bolt. This ability is D-S ranked depending on the incoming raiton jutsu's rank. Ivlivs is very loyal to Ashitaka, and if anyone other than him tries to utilize Ivlivs, it will begin to glow and spark a little, purely cosmetic, then transform back into a coin.

Note: Once Ivlivs has been flipped, the user cannot flip it again for a turn

✦ Declined, for one the Penguin thing makes little sense in relation the Ivlivs. Secondly, it creates an Elemental Familiar around you created from lightning, done before, only difference is you make a Penguin here. And now you've made the javelin ability more confusing: By one line, you seem to imply that the lightning is created from the javelin itself and travels outwards. Then, you later start it's based on the incoming jutsu rank, making it appear as if you are using incoming Lightning jutsu to counter or something. Whichever it is needs to be clarified and no to the multirank part, choose a rank and go with that. ✦

After performing the combo, the user will channel raiton chakra into their sword once more and thrust it at the opponent and release it upon making contact, resulting in the opponent getting thrown meters away at high speeds with unfocused raiton crackling over their body.

Description: Shuin Gougeh is a large, twenty meter Panda and is the Personal Summoning of Edward. He was trained by Edward in the water element, and therefore, is a water specialist. He looks like a normal panda, but instead of the usual black and white body pattern, he has a skeletal pattern. His ability lies on the manipulation of already existing water sources, and already existing water techniques from either the enemy, the summoner, or himself. (It is an S-rank ability that can affect S-rank water, and passive water) The water element comes in five different forms: Water, Mist, Oil, Solidified water (with a higher density), and sticky glue-like water. Shuin Gougeh is able to, once clapping his hands together, manipulate the form of water into another form. Transforming water sources, or water techniques into mist would create mist that can hide anything within from Dojutsu users momentarily, or act as a defense against water techniques by turning it into mist and therefore, making it lose its offensive use. Transforming water sources or water techniques into sticky water, with glue-like properties, will add damage (1 Rank higher) to a normal water technique and add a stickiness property into it (cannot be used on Forbidden Rank water techniques). The damage would come from the increased density, which would increase the impact as well. And lastly, Shuin Gougeh is able to transform already existing mist, from fire/water collisions into water, which would create a large water source usable by the user. The second ability is the ability to expel water sources from his mouth, medium-sized water sources that can be used to perform water techniques. This is done when Shuin Gougeh joins his hands together, and release the water as a torrent near him. The water sources would only be usable by the Panda or the user/allies, because it would have the Panda's chakra in it, which would keep it from being used by enemies. As a Panda, he is also able to perform Taijutsu techniques and Lazy Fist. And lastly, he is able to use water techniques the user knows up to A-ranks, all of which would be performed by Shuin Gougeh clapping his hands together to compensate for hand seals.
Note1: Shuin Gougeh can only be summoned once per battle and the summoner must have signed the Panda Contract and have its tattoo.
Note2: Transforming water into another form, releasing medium-sized water sources (B-rank Supplementary), and performing water techniques all count as a turn from the user's three turn limit.
Note3: As Edward's personal summoning, Shuin Gougeh is able to stay in the battle for five turns. Other summoners besides Edward can have him stay in play for four turns.
Note4: Changing the form of water can only be done three times per battle, and one time per turn. Creating large water source from mist can be done once per battle.

Description: A simple parrot arts technique created for parrots. A Parrot will spread its wing and channel chakra through one/all feathers, depending on usages. The chakra would allow them to change the color of the feathers and by doing so, the parrot would be able to create a "picture" through their feathers. It can act as a way to communicate through parrot and humans, and/or act as a makeshift TV by continuously changing the color of the feathers to create moving pictures. Furthermore, by spreading their wings out, the parrot can manipulate the colors of the feathers to mimic the background, acting as a camouflage. Should a parrot move while using this camouflaging effect, a ripple like pattern would be seen by the opponent.

The user will then get in range of the opponent by dashing at the opponent whilst releasing chakra to aid their strikes/movements as mentioned in Movement of water, moving their arms in circular/swaying patterns. The user moves their arms in such a way that their arms accumulate wind currents that surrounds their fists/arms and is warped around their body as the user runs and forms from the rapid repetitive chakra enhanced movement of the arms. The wind currents begin to form the head of a dragon which envelopes the user and with wind currents radiating off of them as they dash it resembles a dragon's tail and thus altogether the wind currents resemble a dragon. The user will then jump, lunging at the target and once in striking distance of the target, they will send their dominant fist into the opponents chest region with the wind currents that were around their fist being delivered to the opponent upon the strike with them receiving the majority of the wind currents from the user's fist, thus giving the strike greater impact from the center of wind's currents being directed/delivered through the first initial strike. The impact of the strike it'self and with the aided force of the wind currents crushes the bones in the center of the opponents chest where their fist strikes with enough force to crack the bone of their spine. The opponent will then be sent away in a blast of wind that impacts the rest of their body on a much lesser scale, enough to send them away up to 15 meters. However, upon the strike the users wrist is damaged and must take two turns to recover.

✦ Declined, this partially clashes with a DBZ custom I vaguely remember, something about Goku's fist forming a dragon from chakra as he strikes. Also, incorrect chakra damage as well as OPed; if you use this the first turn Movement of water is used, you essentially are okay with no real restrictions for 2 turns and you need something that is more immediate. No taijutsu in that turn either and no S ranks and higher next turn. Also, if you're inured to the point where you must take two turns to recover (as per your words) then that is more than just 15 damage to you. Also that last sentence conflicts with one of the restriction ✦

Just as a heads up, the animals that represent jkd are Dragons and Tigers. Fun fact, Enter the dragon in Bruce's native tongue actually means "Dragons Clash With Tigers". Which actually symbolizes some philosophy in jkd, it's like a hidden message that Bruce left in when creating the film "Enter the Dragon". So that's why I chose this as it's revamp since it still keeps the spirit of the idea.

Yeah, no, this doesn't work that well as a supplementary mode. It does two things as a single-time usage - first to defend, and then come down as an attack, it shouldn't be able to do anymore than that. And if it's destroyed by a water technique upon defending, it shouldn't be able to continue its attack phase.

Description: Toriyama is an extremely small kite small enough to fit into the palm of a person's hand. To summon him the user need only perform the seal of confrontation and draw some form of blood from his body. He can do very little offensively inside of battle but is great for recon and surveillance both due to his small size and his one and only ability. Most times he is just summoned for comedic relief or to reference an inside joke. He can be on the field indefinitely and has only one useful ability. He can create chakra based copies of himself that look like masses of blue chakra in his shape nearly a perfect silhouette of his small bird like form. They appear as what seem to be spirit animals/birds resembling Toriyama in every way only somewhat translucent/semi transparent being somewhat bluish.
These copies can be controlled by him and like shadow clones are connected to him in the same way when he disperses one or it is forcefully dispersed Toriyama gains all of the knowledge it has accumulated as well as the ability to create a new copy of himself. These copies can do very little outside of ramming into an opponent and causing a mild chakra explosion that can cause mild damage such as small lacerations, cuts, bruises and mild friction burns. Toriyama can only have three copies in play at any time however they can be anywhere as long as Toriyama himself is safe. If his concentration is broken he's dispersed or forced to move from his spot the copies disperse. While active Toriyama can share his vision, hearing and sense of touch with the copies seeing, hearing and feeling what they see, hear and feel but this takes immense concentration and while doing so Toriyama cannot relay the information or speak until he breaks this concentration thus losing the ability to see, hear and feel what the copies do for a short period of time. Toriyama can create and maintain a mental link to the summoner and can speak however doing so breaks his concentration nullifying the ability to see, hear and feel the copies during the time that he is speaking both mentally and physically to someone. This doesn't negate the ability to create and maintain the copies though and is a passive ability that doesn't count towards jutsu usage. Another ability the copies have is that it can take refuge inside the summoner's body or an allies body much to the same extent as chakra because that's what it is a mass of chakra.
This works a lot like what Minato did with Naruto the chakra lays dormant inside the summoner or ally until it is activated when this is done the chakra either releases returning to Toriyama thus alerting him to all of the information it has gather or creates a disturbance to the summoner's or allies chakra. This disturbance is enough to break low ranking genjutsu B rank and below. The chakra is activated either by Toriyama, the summoner/ally or a genjutsu that is set in place. Toriyama can do it mentally, the summoner or ally can do it by performing the seal of confrontation and a genjutsu put in place will activate it automatically without a trigger from Toriyama or the summoner/ally.
Notes:
-The summoner cannot have clones of any kind in play while Toriyama's chakra copies are active
-Can create and maintain three copies and can use the ability twice however creating the copies counts as a jutsu
-Can use the ability to see, hear and feel what the copies do three times per battle but must wait two turns between each use. This ability can last for two full turns allowing Toriyama to gather a vast amount of information in that time.

Description: This technique deals with targeting the weakest part of the Trapezius muscle which runs from the base of the head to the top of the shoulders above the shoulder blades. The user will concentrate chakra into his fingers strengthening them as he grips the side or base of the neck hard. While doing so he transfers a visible pulse of chakra in the form of a slicing blade from the tips of his fingers into the opponents neck or shoulder blade area. What this accomplishes is severing the upper Trapezius nerve/muscle causing pain, weakness, numbness and paralysis in the upper body, arms, shoulders and spine area. The opponent's arm and shoulder will be limp and numb hard to move and when forcibly moved will cause a deep stinging pain that radiates up the arm and down the back. This has enough power to bring an untrained and unskilled shinobi to heel especially if preformed with both hands upon both sides of the muscle simultaneously.
Notes:
-Pain, weakness, numbness and paralysis in the upper body, arms, shoulders and spine area lasts for two turns
-Can only be used four times per battle

Forged from the purest and strongest iron the relic is simply a thin disc a few inches in length and width. On the surface of it in the center is a sapphire and ruby molded into the shape of Taijitu. Emerging from the Taijitu are four platinum rectangles that are extremely thin in width. They divide the entire disc into four separate sections. The weapon however was not simply forged from iron. In it was the blood of Akarat – an ancient mythical figure of lore who was said to have been a devout priest of Jashinism. As a devout priest of his religion Akarat was ruthless, destructive, and heartless. Legend has it that upon his death he cried out to Jashin for him to live on after his death to continue bringing misery to the world. Yaesarius, his nemesis, beheaded him after his plea and ended his life. However, upon the beheading Yaesarius fell under a powerful spell that led him to forge this very relic. Covered in his enemy’s blood Yaesarius would create the relic and infuse it with Akarat’s blood into the hot, molten iron. Quickly the relic took hold of Yaesarius’s mind as he carried it through his life after the forging. He soon discovered that the relic was a sentient being. The power of Jashin had brought the relic to life. While not a complex sentient being the relic is capable of basic emotions and can use its abilities autonomously when activated by the user.
Abilities:
Mizu Kisei | Water Control – The wielder of the Relic of Akarat can channel their Suiton chakra into the relic to activate the first of its abilities. This is a very simple ability that allows the user to take the relic into their hands and release a sphere of water from the relic. The user can decide upon release what form the water will take. The user can choose from regular water, a flammable oil, or a glue like water substance. This technique has a mid-range reach and can be used once every other turn. The technique counts as a C-Rank ability.
Mizu Makihige | Water Tendrils – The wielder of the Relic of Akarat can channel their Suiton chakra into the relic to activate the second of its abilities. When activated a tendril of water will emerge from each of the four platinum rectangular shaped bars. Each tendril can reach up to five (5) meters from the user. Because the Relic is a sentient being the tendrils are capable of working autonomously from the wielder’s design allowing them to be potent multitasking tools. The tendrils are capable of binding an opponent or even reaching into the user’s ninja tool pouch to obtain weapons. The tendrils can remain activated for a maximum of two (2) turns and can be used twice (2). This counts as a B-Rank technique.
Jaaku Shutsugen | Evil Emergence – The wielder of the Relic of Akarat can activate its most powerful ability by channeling their chakra into the relic while simultaneously placing the relic on any part of their body. Upon placement with the backside of the relic the relic will emit the chakra and attach itself to the user’s body establishing a much deeper connection with the user. Once the connection is established the relic cannot be removed from the user, even if the user wishes it. The connection allows the wielder of the Relic to see through the relic’s Taijitu and create, in a sense, a third eye. The user can apply the third eye as a medium for genjutsu that require eye contact. However, there are drawbacks to this ability. The user’s personality will mold to become more ruthless and destructive – similar to that of Akarat himself. They will lose part of their sanity in battle. Once the relic has timed out after four (4) turns the user will be left exhausted and unable to use techniques above A-Rank for a single turn. Evil Emergence can only be used once per battle and counts as an S-Rank technique. While this technique is active the user’s sclera will turn blood red.
Note: The user must make heed to the restrictions of each ability on the Relic of Akarat.

Confused as to what this thing actually looks like, make the description clearer. The first ability is too broad, you need some sort of limit as to what you can make the water be. What does the sentience of the disc allow it to do? Does it communicate with you? What are its limits?

This prism of water will suffocate them if they do not escape from it. They will sink at a fairly fast pace.

The prism of water will suffocate the target and drag them down if they are unable to escape from it. The size of the prism can vary depending on the decision of the user. Its maximum size can cover up to a 10 meter radius from the epicenter however it can never be more than three meters deep.

Description: By applying the principle behind Wind Style: Air Current Wild Dance the user creates a flow of wind chakra beneath him and behind him and then performs a basic slide action. Upon this action he will manipulate the wind chakra flow to glide him on the surface of the earth in a basic linear direction that can reach up to mid-range. Depending on the amount of chakra put into this technique the user will create different flows that can result in different outcomes. At B-Rank this technique will slide the user at a speed slightly faster than his normal speed and can reach up to mid-range. However, because the flow must be maintained the user is unable to use techniques while he maintains the flow and moves to his desired location simply because he must fuel and constantly manipulate it. The advantage to this lesser variation of the technique is that it allows the user greater freedom of when to disengage the technique due to the more controllable momentum which allows him to cease movement anywhere during the slide. At A-Rank this technique becomes much more dangerous to use but much faster. With the A-Rank variation the user will slide at much faster speeds allowing him to move in the blink of an eye to his location with increased flow speed. As with the lesser variation the user cannot use other techniques while riding the flow because he must fuel and manipulate the technique. The advantage to using the stronger variation is simply the much greater speed granted by it. Instead of moving at a controlled rate the user will move to his desired location, up to mid-range, in the blink of an eye. However because the momentum is so much higher the user is not able to stop his movement until he reaches the location. In both variations the flow created beneath the user will protect him from attacks from below, within elemental strengths and weaknesses. This technique can also be used to create a flow of wind beneath the opponent within mid-range. If the opponent is already running and in motion the wind flow can redirect them to a desired location at the speeds that depend on the amount of chakra put into the technique. During this time of course the user is unable to use techniques and the victim is protected from below within elemental strengths and weaknesses.

Description: This is a sister technique to ; which follows the same principle of influencing the water molecules by creating an aura of lightning chakra around the user. However, the change here is that unlike in previous jutsu, where the user acted as the reference entity, and the water moved around him, here the water will act as the reference entity to allow the user to move. The user will release his lightening chakra throughout his body in a full body surge to form polar charges around his body. Now by adjusting the polarities around his body, he can force a pull or push using the water molecules as reference. This also enables the user to gain flight by pushing him away from the water source. As this technique is based on the laws of attraction and repulsion of electric charges, the technique allows the user to move/push himself at the speed of a released lightening jutsu.

Description: The user begins by charging his fire chakra at both his (index) finger tips, creating matter that is very hot before shooting it at the opponent at very high speeds. The matter which is as small as a popcorn is shot at blinding speeds towards the opponent. The beauty of the jutsu is that, the matter is actually aimed at the area around the opponent. The moment it comes in contact with an obstruction, it explodes creating a flames that can burn the opponent, before multiplying and creating another copy of the matter whch is as hot and as dangerous as the original one. Once doubled up, they bounce like popcorns (when they're baked) and land somewhere around the opponent again, to repeat the process. The entire process continues till the matter multiplies from 2 to 32 which produces enough explosion and fire power to destroy/burn down huge summons and incenerate them. However, if the popcorn is shot directly at the opponent, it will only cause minor damage (C-Rank) as compared to the full effect.

Description:This is one of those jutsus that can prove to be one of the strongest weapons in your arsenal, or a stupid move that proves to be disadvantageous, depending on the way it used. Using his ability to manipulate the wind in the atmosphere, the user can, with two quick handseals, make the wind around opponents and/or certain objects to form an aura/barrier/shroud of sorts around them. The user can compress and pressurise the wind in the atmosphere and shape manipulate it to form the shape of the object that stays around the opponent. The beauty of the technique is that with constant channeling of chakra, the user can change the shape of this aura. Which means, if the user lifts his arm up, the aura will still be around him, should he run, the aura will run with him etc. but never touching the opponent/object directly. This aura (has 2 inch thickness) leaves a 1 inch gap between the target and itself, so as to give enough room for the target to move. The wind is not exactly invisible, but a slight hue can be seen at all times. The aura created by the user is extremely tough and powerful, in the sense that it can help the opponent move through dangerous lightening attacks, as well as block/defend various elemental attacks that follow its elemental interactions. The aura builds up pretty quickly, that would help the opponent to defend against fast techniques just in time. The catch in this jutsu however is, that the insides of the aura has similar properties, and is equally tough and dangerous. So in essense, if an opponent is to use a small fireball jutsu from his mouth, it would explode inside the aura itself, dealing the damage to the opponents. This limits the opponents with the usage of techniques that do not rely releasing them from their mouth/hands/swords etc. until they blow away the aura. The aura, with each interaction, will grow weaker (following elemental interactions) until there is nothing left that bothers the opponent. The user can, at any point choose to stop channeling his chakra into this aura, which would decipate the aura into normal wind/breeze against the opponent.
