Well, imo she could beat the following S-level characters:

1) Hidan.
2) Konan.
3) Sasori.
4) Kakuzu.
5) Mei.
6) Ay.
7) Hiruzen.
8) Gai (stalemate if he goes for the 8th gate).
9) Tsunade.

...and anyone below. These are the most relevant.

No...just no...the only people on this list she has the potential to beat is Mei and Hidan, assuming she has full intel on Hidan and Mei is restricted from using lava jutsu.
