He can't kill her as long as the Byakugou is activated. Sakura's fighting style is extremely destructive, she can alter the battlefield with one attack. Even without intel, Hidan would never be able to complete his ritual circle because Sakura would constantly shatter the ground below him.

Hidan may be immortal, but one punch from Sakura would completely destroy his upper body ( or his head, depends where she hits him ), rendering him unable to move. She was able to shatter Kaguya's horn after all, a human body is nothing for her.

I won't mention Katsuyu because she can pretty much solo.

I'm aware of that. But that doesn't necessarily mean it can rip a body to shreads.
Going by that logic, assuming Kishi draws everything to scale and is worried about every detail, Madara's magatamas should've went through Tsunade instead of making as much as a knife wound, for example.
