Alright, then tell me, Kaeru, what is water?
Can you give me any other details about it? Like what is water in relation to chakra and us ninja?
Better. Now then, this is your first training session ever, correct?Kaeru: Well, water chakra is a very common type of chakra and leads to a various amount of jutsu. They range from sneak attacks like the Hidden Mist Jutsu all the way to devastating attacks like Water Dragon Jutsu.

Did Emperor train you in chakra control or anything like it?
Alright then. Before we do water release (Suiton), you're going to learn about the system inside you that allows you to manipulate nature around you. That's right I'm talking about your chakra system. So tell me, what is Chakra?
Good. *We travel to a forest area with twelve feet tall trees* Remember when Kakashi trained Team 7 for the first time during the Haku/Zabuza arc? He trained them how to control their chakra by making them use their chakra, infuse it into their feet, and then, without their hands, climb to the top of trees like these. You will now do the same.Kaeru: Chakra is a energy that allows us ninja to use special abilities. It is in each and every cell of everybody. We, as ninja, control this to make natural things and use it to our advantage.

Focusing the right amount of chakra into your feet, you are to climb up one of these trees without using your hands. The only time you are allowed to use your hands is when you feel you are about to fall from the tree to mark how high you got using a kunai. Too much or too little chakra, and you'll fall quickly. You are to keep trying until you get to the top, or unless you need a break. Understood?
