Both eyes are not required for susanoo

Most of us thought that since Kakashi was able to use susanoo after he only got both eyes, and all other susanoo users also had both eyes.

But shisui did it with just one eye. I wonder then, why Obito did not awaken his own susanoo with only 1 eye? This also means that Danzo had the potential to use susanoo.

Both eyes are required to awaken it. Once you've awakened it, your body is enough to activate it. You need both eyes to awaken, not activate.

Sure, Kakashi could still do Raikiri if he lost all feeling in his arm. But he sure as hell couldn't do it if his arm was cut off. That's how I see it.

There's no reason to believe that, other than to fill a plot-hole. It's still BS even if you can make crazy assumptions. If Itachi did Tsukuyomi without eyes, someone could explain it in exactly the same way, but that doesn't mean it's good writing.
