Most of us thought that since Kakashi was able to use susanoo after he only got both eyes, and all other susanoo users also had both eyes.

But shisui did it with just one eye. I wonder then, why Obito did not awaken his own susanoo with only 1 eye? This also means that Danzo had the potential to use susanoo.

This is the video showing shisui awakenin susanoo from NSR

Kishi did design Shisui's susanoo which means he gave the OK for shisuis single eye susanoo

Thoughts NB?

1. Kakasi is not an Uchiha

2. Shisui susanoo is not canon

3. Obito didn't because it is a manga fact that you need to have both eye powers, and even then it's rare.

4. Shisui did have both eyes and therefore both of his powers before they were stolen.

susanoo is chakra.. nuff said
And that's why it can be activated from the body. Think of this way, an Uchiha's body, if they possess the potential for Susano'o, has a vault, and in the vault is Susano'o. Having double Mangekyo Sharingan is the key to this vault, once you've opened the lock on the vault, the lock is discarded. The vault is no longer locked, and you have free access to Susano'o, even without the keys.

I still call BS, and will always call BS.

Sure, Kakashi could still do Raikiri if he lost all feeling in his arm. But he sure as hell couldn't do it if his arm was cut off. That's how I see it.

There's no reason to believe that, other than to fill a plot-hole. It's still BS even if you can make crazy assumptions. If Itachi did Tsukuyomi without eyes, someone could explain it in exactly the same way, but that doesn't mean it's good writing.
