Raikiri has better feats than fodder chakra cloak. Let alone that even wood spikes could break through his kaiten. Raikiri blitz still stands.

yeah, literally the 1st & only time naruto actually ''touched'' the hyuuga prodigy, was when he turned off his byakugan with Pis/cis/plot armor, thinking the fight was over.
it was literally a 1-shot

(it was lame, but bijuu chakra would've eventually outlasted neji anyway)

Not fast enough for Neji to deal with. The high speed combo from hidden lotus was required to take Neji down showing he can react to anything Kakashi has to offer.

Neji could keep up with KN0 Naruto who's wayyy faster than Kakashi and he reacted to all his attacks. Not even debatable. Kakashi uses Raikiri and that's it for him. Rotation does the trick.

This means nothing here. Neji would easily react to every one of Kakashi's jutsu. Kakashi can fight irrelevant and weak honing at that age. But he couldn't fight a taijutsu expert from the hyuga.

The Hyuga are different from ever clan I can name. And as I saw, he never fought one. Only worked with them as an adult. Neji outclasses him.

Clone are useless. Raikiri is too. Even without rotation, I'm not doubting Neji could just avoid it. And in close range, his strike speed is destructive.

nothing ever broke thru kaiten in 1-shot. it even stalemated bijuu chakra.
nevermind that its an objective matter of mechanics that would cause raikiri to fail against it

Young Kakashi is a nerfed Sasuke and it's a bad match up for him as he relies heavily on cqc and doesn't have enough chakra to outlast Neji like Naruto did
