. That alone shows Neji can react to anything Kakashi has to offer. Not to mention a technique like 64 palms isn't going to be easily countered with precognition when he can strike 64 times with such movements.

Chidori isn't stronger than Naruto's punch, it juts has more penetrating power. Rotation would prevent it. Also, Naruto punched Neji when Rotation was incomplete. Neji can easily evade Chidori if anything.

Lastly, Kid Kakashi doesn't have 3t

Yea, I was going by 3T Kakashi since the window of time between Obito and Rin's death wasn't long. OP should have specified 2 or 3t Sharingan.

Neji hitting 64 palms or not is debatable. Part 1 Sasuke showed how much of a game changer 3t Sharingan was in the VOTE fight. When I said 3t was being underestimated earlier, it was because of how much Part 1 Sasuke's Taijutsu improved because of it.

3T Sharingan is the perfect counter to 64 palms as well, the problem is whether or not Kakashi has the speed to react

The problem with this is that this logic dictates Neji can solo anyone with less chakra reserves than his own that doesn't have hidden lotus. The reasoning I gave for Kakashi winning this was through his brain, not so much his taijutsu. His realistic fighting experience in the 3rd great war is why I give this to him high diff. Although no intel can push this in Neji's favor due to Kakashi trying to CQC Neji.

Kaiten doesn't have any feat which would worth mentioning. Moreover, some wood sticks made a total joke of war-arc Neji's kaiten. Next time please try to use arguments which makes some sense at least.

I don't get what you mean with the chakra reserves part. That scan pretty much implies that Kakashi won't be blitzing or rather won't have the speed to bypass Neji or even outshine Neji in a CQC considering such speed was required to take Neji down.

Neji definitely wins this one.

By chakra reserves I mean Neji tires out trying to hit his opponent (if his opponent can't hit him and it's an offensive struggle)

What I kind of hate about battle manga/anime is that panels/frames never maintain consistency.

Despite Haku's Speed T2 Sharingan managed to track it after enough time. Yet the scan shows him hitting Sasuke a number of times in one panel.
