Any action that sasuke carry out right now won't be ill feelings or evil intent. Madara is the biggest example, he making IT happen wasn't evil or anything at all. He was simply pursuing the greater good that he thought was right. So for naruto to sense it is straight up saying he is god and he judging what is right or wrong.
It is over yet.
Kisame wasn't necessarily doing anything evil either. He was just chilling inside Samehada and gathering intel for Obito. Naruto still sensed him though. If you're telling me the idea of Sasuke betraying the alliance and killing the Tailed Beasts isn't considered "ill feelings or evil intent", I'd have to question your logic.
Madara using the Infinite Tsukuyomi could very well be seen as evil. He wanted to control and manipulate everyone in the world to his desires. Regardless of what someone thinks is "for the greater good" or "right", it doesn't make it any less evil or wrong.
Naruto sensing him is plot-no-jutsu, cuz really Kisame wasn't a evil person.
How would sasuke betray the alliance if he never was with them in the first place. He showed up on the field and said he going to be hokage and start fighting. killing the Tailed Beasts ain't really evil. He just see them a weapon of mass destruction that people use to bully other villages or nations. Them tailed beasts had their share of killing a lot people through out time. I know they didn't live peacefully in some cave.
Sasuke is lightweight back to his hebi self, where he won't kill people that have nothing to do with him or his dream.
Madara never once said he want to control and manipulate everyone in the world to his desires. He said everybody will go to sleep and dream whatever they want. Nobody would have to experience the pain of loss.
After madara came down, He kinda have the look like he is done with the world, that he was ready to sit back and re-evaluate himself. If he had, he would've seen that the IT plan is not what it suppose to be like on the tablet and undo it.

Now it's become a matter of stretching the possibilities to fit this scenario.
As correction, Madara didn't speak of controlling people. Obito did at the Five Kage Summit using Madara's name. Stating that by controlling everyone, he would unify the world. Though, forcing a genjutsu on people simply because you are unhappy with the world is still very much wrong. That doesn't change.
True, its wrong. But forcing a talk-no-jutsu on people simply because you are unhappy with the way they see things is still very much wrong too. Naruto is a self-righteous villain for that.
"Talk-no-Jutsu" isn't really forced. They don't have to stop and listen, and it's not like Naruto is feeding them lies to forcibly change them. They just end up changing after being shown their mistakes.
He feeding them false hope. He had yet to acknowledge that it was the hidden leaf village responsible for nearly all the problems in the NV. He giving people the idea of letting people walk all over you and do your best to please them will get you acknowledge. He simply telling you not to have any "self-respect". Would you actually follow that idea in life? That's a bad message he is giving people.
The way I look at it. Naruto = short term fix. Sasuke = long term fix.
He hasn't denied the Leaf was responsible. He doesn't fully know the Leaf's past, only what Nagato told him.
I disagree about him saying letting people walk over you and pleasing them will get you acknowledged. When has Naruto allowed someone to walk over him? He has stood up to anyone that questioned him and stood his ground for his beliefs. I'm not sure how you see all that in what he says.
