True but maybe kaguya/gedo mazo's chakra prevented that from happening since madara was connected to it and madara died like in a minute or two after he disconnected himself from it.

Yeah he made everything about the Sage up long after he started Naruto,which is why we have seen Black Zetsu who was said to have watch Ashura and Indra's riencarnations - watch multiple Naruto and Sasuke fights throughout the the story.That was a coincidence right? Naruto and Sasuke fought in the Valley of the end like Madara and Hashirama and Kakashi compared Naruto and Sasuke to them - then later on we find out they were all reincarnations of Ashura and Indra who were also rivals amd fought each other yet he just made everything up recently right? Yes everything must have been made up randomly since we didn't see it on the first chapter right?

1) Naruto can manifest after he had all Bijuu/Tailbeast chakra in his body & be friend with them...
2) Madara had diff condition, he already brought out Hogo Chakra in his body...

How would Hagoromo have know that Black Zetsu modified the "Uchiha Stone Tablet"

All Hagoromo might have know is that "Madara was trying to achieve Kaguya's power" and/or trying to accomplish the Infinite Tsukuyomi.
Hence the Yin and Yang Seal to some him and not necessarily Kaguya

Zetsu tied those loose ends a lil last man it seems but he changed the stone tablet and maybe the sage never thought he would live long enough to grasp his mothers power in which he didn't he died and the only reason he came back was zetsu given his remains to kabuto on the sly
