At most Sasuke indirectly provided a very small portion of chakra which unknowing to him led to the Juubi's revival.

But your saying that Sasuke shouldn't be held for those death just because he didn't know? Did he know that he was working for an evil group? That his brother was order to keep on eye on? The Sand had Gaara crazed up and killing people yet he's made Kazekage despite being a big part of attacking Konoha - no punishment.

The Sand teamed up with the Sound and Orochimaru to invade Konoha,resulting in the Hokage to die and many Shinobi,and Civilians + destroyed alot of their village.

The Tsuchikage admitted to using the Akatsuki in the past.

How much time was it from Sasuke Vs Bee to the War? A few days? Couple weeks at most? And people were sent after him.The Raikage sent KB's fodder students,they went to Konoha to get info on Sasuke,and managed to find out his abilities - his nature transformations.

His help to revive the juubi is all that is need to be said. Those deaths fall on him and the evil group. They are all to blame making him one of the mass murders in the group. Just because he is not ridding on the head doesn't mean he is blameless. It was stated the part of the 8 tail was all that was needed. Meaning that all they need at the time to kill those people. Your downplay is contributing to the death it's cold hard truth if the part of the 8 tails wasn't give to it wouldn't have been revived. Meaning because it was those deaths happened. End of story Sasuke is just to blame for the death as everyone else in the group.

Naruto will do what he thinks is right. But this thread is Sasuke a criminal and the answer is yes cold hard fact that he is. Naruto said the obito should came back to the village and face his punishment. Meaning me believe those who do wrong must face their punishment.
