SM needs a fair amount of prep time, well in Jiraiya's case. Naruto would probably look straight into his eyes. Lol

It's in that crow, whenever he summons that crow, he can use it once. In canon's case he saved it to give to Naruto with the programming to protect Konoha when Itachi's MS (Sasuke's EMS) was active and going to use a Jutsu.

Ashura's chakra moves on from dead people, and Danzo could use Koto once a day with it. That's beside the point, he can reprogram it more then once, but when the actual doujutsu is activated it takes a decade to recharge.

I doubt it. I don't think that Kishi had transmigrations planned for a long time so there will always be some inconstancies. For example: SM Hashirama and EMS Madara are arguable = or > BSM Naruto and EMS Sasuke, but they never met Hagoromo, yet BZ stated depending on power a transmigration could meet Hagoromo.
