If logically know you are gonna fail it's pointless. If you think you have a chance that's something completely different.
That's a scenario where I actually got something to lose. In this scenario, I got nothing to lose. If it doesn't get accepted, then that's that, no one loses anything or gets hurt, but if it does, then that's great.
