Description: Sending out chakra from their body, the user will perform nature transformation to change the nature of their chakra into the properties of fire, and manipulate it to mix in with the air to create a heatwave around them. The heatwave will resemble the shape of an orb and cover everything short range from the creator. This technique is used in multiple ways. Firstly, because the air is heated from the user's chakra, any fire techniques created by the user and shot out by the user, or anyone that has compatible chakra with the users like summonings will be strengthened by infusing the heatwave's heat into the fire technique. When the heatwave fuses with the fire chakra from a fire technique, it would greatly increase in temperature, and thus, become more powerful (next rank). Secondly, any wind technique coming from the user to outside of the orb and from the opponent coming inside of the orb will be weakened, due to the heat gradually weakening the wind technique as it travels within the orb and when the wind clashes with the fire chakra, it would lose power and momentum, because fire is superior to wind. Lastly, with a single handseal, you can manipulate the heat from the heatwave with shape manipulation to a more intangible form of the heatwave that can be released from all directions, counting as an A-rank and reaching up to mid range. Once the heatwave expands out, and once making contact with the target, it would cause 3rd degree, painful burns throughout the body or body parts touched by the heatwave.

Yeah, you have to chose if it's an A rank or an S rank. Because it is stated as A rank, but spends 40 chakra. Have a mod quickly change it to 30 chakra, preferably the mod that approved it, since it is a typo.

Other that, just to clarify, this counts as a full body surge xD

and compass hawkeye is a pretty OP technique. With a single handseal, you can materialize the wind on the sky into the shape of a hawk. It would be formed 20 meters above the ground, and start at north, west, south, east. They would continue to fly around the user, always staying the same distance from the user. With another handseal, you can manipulate these birds to crash down on the target at extremely high speeds, untrackable by a normal shinobi. and you can be specific in where you want the hawks to pierce the target, or randomly.

Description: The user does one handseal, and the air in on of 4 different locations, North, East, South West, will compress and assume the shape of a hawk, soaring in the air about 20 meters from the ground, and Long range from the opponent(s). It will glide around in a circle, always keeping the same distance from their correspondent target. With one seal, the user can make this wind-hawk (One at a time, or as the user wishes) shoot itself at speeds slightly higher than the current sniper bullets, and will assume a similar shape, aiming to pierce the opponent in a specific (or not) place, depending on the accuracy of the user of this technique.
*Can only be used once. The hawk must be dispersed or used before the user (And only the specific user) of this technique can preform any other jutsu. If the user of this technique is knocked unconscious, killed or vanished, the hawk will vanish.
Once targeted (At the beginning of the jutsu) the hawk can't change opponents, and will disperse harmlessly if the said opponent vanishes, looses consciousness or get's killed.

Yeah that's pretty much it.

Restrictions:

You can create 1 hawk. That 1 hawk can be at any of the 4 locations (south, east, west, north) and be flying around in any direction ( counter or clockwise ).
It is created 20 meters from the ground and long range form the opponent. Those distances are fixed, until you prompt the hawk to turn into a bullet.
It can only fix itself to 1 target, be it a person or an animal. If the person moves while the hawk is soaring, he adjusts it's flying path, but if the person moves with the bird in bullet form, he will not.
It can be shot once.
You can't perform any other jutsu while the hawk is active. After it turns into bullet, though, it is fine.

One question, do they stay at the field up until you want to use them, or can you only use the bullet in that one turn?

Alright, I really enjoy your technique. it's pretty straight forward. It creates a big blob that can be used to capture my opponents and keep them there until I steal all their chakra (somewhat) or just crush them and kill them whenever I'd like. it's very neat.

Description: Tobirama, with his legendary mastery of water release, will send his water chakra at an area within mid-range. With the use of his water chakra, Tobirama can materialize an orb of water from thin air, which would quickly grow into a large blob of what appears to be a plump goblin made of water. The size of it would be about two times the size of the user, with a fairly large stomach and a body that is about 3 meter wide. The goblin itself is a sentient entity, capable of acting on its own accord. The water that makes up its body has similar properties to (Suiton: Uramiame no Jutsu) - Water Release: Grudge Rain Technique, therefore its ability focuses on absorbing chakra from targets that make contact, including Smaller summonings, Clones, Humans, etc. The main usage for this water blob is to utilize the unique ability of the water to absorb the target's chakra. This is done when the blob would race towards or attempt to approach the target and upon reaching short-range, it would open up its large belly, in which four long whips would emerge to grab a hold of the target's limbs and abruptly pull the target in the stomach. The whips are dense and almost solidified, allowing it to grab a hold of tangible beings despite being made of water. As it is pulled in, the blob's stomach would close, shutting the enemy inside. While the target is inside, he/she will lose chakra from the physical contact with the water, and any raw chakra created inside will be ineffective, like Rasengan, but elemental chakra would still work. The blob itself stays on the battlefield for three turns, however, if it successfully traps a target, the user will be able to manipulate it to stay on the battlefield for longer. Doing this would require a constant stream of chakra, therefore the user will be unable to perform any other techniques while the target is successfully trapped inside the belly. Absorbing chakra if the target is inside the belly has no turn limit, so long as the target is trapped inside. However, if the user deems necessary, with a single handseal, he/she can cause the walls to squeeze in together, trapping the target in an extremely pressurized orb of water that would easily crush anyone inside.
Notes and Restrictions:
- Tobirama bios can use this without hand seals or a water source. Alternatively, bios that don't have his water abilities will have to perform a set of five hand seals.
- The blob itself lasts for three turns, and if the user does not successfully trap the target within the stomach, or if it is destroyed, it will disperse back to water.
- Can only be used once and no water techniques above S-rank while this technique is active.
Perform five hand seals so you can materialize water within mid-range, anywhere within mid-range from you, so if your opponent is at mid-range, you can materialize the water to have it form behind the enemy. The water grows into a large blob of water, appearing to be a plump goblin-like creature made of water, and it is the size of 2x the user with a 3 meter wide body. Its body is made of special water that allows for absorption to happen, so basically it would, once forming, open up its stomach so four whips of water would emerge to try to grab the target, and pull them. Once that is done, it would pull you into the belly of the stomach, closing it in. With a single hand seal, you can crush the enemy inside or keep them there to absorb their chakra; any raw chakra within the belly is neutralized and completely ineffective. It is a sentient entity so it can act on its own, so you can perform other techniques while this is active.

Description: After 3 handseals, the user spits out up to 5 spheres of water (The water has sticky properties, similair to Water Style: Syrup Capture Field), in a quick succession and at great speeds. Utilizing her Water Chakra, the user drastically increased the cohesion of the water molecules and decreased the adhesion of the water molecules, thus creating thick beads of water that will bounce off any object. The user can redirect the beads of water by stomping on the ground, thus erupting (up to 10) small pillars of earth (Counts towards the jutsu count) , until either she decides to pop them (using one handseal) or the beads collide with a sharp object, thus breaching the spheres and blasting the sticky substance inside onto the target. the user can infuse Fire or Lightning into the balls (For Boiling Beads or Electrified Bead, isntead of Sticky Beads), without changing the Adhesion and Cohesion levels. Wind jutsus might burst the ball aswell.
With one handseal, the user can make each bead burst into 10-20 smaller yet faster beads, with the same characteristics, despite the size.

You send it out and aim it at a target, with the intent to hit 'em, of course, but you can be more creating. By slamming your hands on the ground, you can have earth pillars, up to ten rise up and re-direct the directions in which the water balls are going at. (Since they are, i assume, similar to bouncing balls, since you made it to bounce off objects and can be redirected and change the direction they are going at by angling the pillars at a specific angle) You can have them burst to release the sticky water and blasting it onto the target and you can infuse fire or lightning chakra into them, so that they can be boiling beads or electrified beads, instead of a sticky one. With a hand seal, you can make them burst into 10-20 smaller and faster beads with the same characteristics as the original.

Question: Just to be clear, the 60 damage comes from the beads colliding with the enemy, right? o-o

Are the fire/lightning beads capable of bouncing off of any objects as well?

How big are these spheres of water?

If you use infuse fire or lightning into it, will it count as a lightning or fire technique? or will it count for a fire/water, and lightning/water comination technique? o-o

They can be quite big, like a basket ball, or larger like a Pilate ball. You spit up to 5 spheres ( which don't stick together, they're all independent ). All 5 are equivalent to an A rank in power and damage, so the less spheres you spit, the more concentrated the power and damage. The damage output is of course on collision and burst. You can use the spheres to punch your opponent multiple times or simple burst them out right away, your choice.

Electrified or Boiling, they all bounce around. Yes, it will count as a combination. But it will still be A rank.

Description: The user will perform 3 handseals, casting an illusion on the area around. Any target within range will then immediately feel all they senses dilate and stretch, as if someone is impossibly pulling their neck. This illusion creates a constrain on the brain's interpretation of stimuli, not unlike Agnosia. In essence, all the user's stimuli perception arrive as if strained from a very long and thin channel, making them not only really delayed but also incomprihensible. The user does not have to comprehend or possess the stimuli being stunted, like targets with extrasensorial abilities, chakra-wise, superhuman, awareness of other forms of energy or substances, etc, because Isolated Giraffe creates an universal strain by stretching the brain's perception. The targets affected by this genjutsu will feel like they're stretched out into the void, and become isolated from reality. To better understand this genjutsu, think about the sensorial organs as windows to the outside world and the brain as the organ responsible for the target's interpretation of the information that comes from those organs. Isolated Giraffe inserts chakra in the brain, which slows down and distorts the channels that link the organs to the brain and, thus strain the path of the external information, in a way that it isolates the target from the senses

*The technique's effect only happen in the genjutsu. In actuality, the opponent his reflexes and such work fine.*



Alright so, this one is really simple. It basically infuses your opponent's nerves with chakra, so that any information that pass through them gets distorted and delayed. What this means is that, imagine you see a butterfly. With this jutsu, your eyes perceive the butterfly, but when they try to send the information to your brain, it takes a long time to reach there, and, when it does, it's like it's not even perceptible, like it's a tiny blob that doesn't even resemble a butterfly. Now, it works like this for any type of sense, real and fictitional, energies, extrasensories, etc.

What the last note means is that this gen only affects info going in, it doesn't affect info going out. While the opponent believes he's isolated form the world, he can still react at real time, his attacks, motions and whatever all go through, he just can't sense what he's doing or what is happening.

This jutsu works on any type of sensory, even if you yourself don't have it or don't understand it. You don't have sharingan, so you can't possibly understand the dexterity and superiority of the sharingan vision, but you still capable of completely isolating an Uchiha from his vision. Same with Inuzuka, or any custom clan, like Roku's Kiyoshi, whom are able to sense their Kiyoshi Energy while normal ninja can't. With this, they are unable to sense anything, including this energy of theirs.
