EMS Sasuke is already surpassing EMS Madara or not yet

In term of overall stats

-Intelligence
-Genjutsu
-Speed
-Strenght
-Power
-Ninjutsu
-Strategies
-Tactical
-Stamina
-Taijutsu
-Hand seal


Keep in mind this is just Sasuke before he receive Sage power and Madara at VOTE

And also this can be two way

Either you'll state the stats point from 1 to 5

Or making general discussion

And I add a number of new ability in stats.

There's only so many times that you can take your armour off, i.e. once.

Sasuke still has a lot to learn. Madara knew a lot of things he didn't before he got the power from Sage. Sasuke also doesn't seem to have any real fight strategy half the time. "I have EMS, you talk too much, HERE I COME" is what he does 60% of the time?... and kind of still does for the most part.

The only thing that makes him stand out is; observation, eye power, adaptability, speed, and slightly over normal strategy (when he decides to actually use it... other than rush in and try to kill them as fast as he can before they can do the same.. and then he gets caught up)

Give him a few years and then start praising him.
