My scan already proved he believed love was the way to peace.

Edit:

if he was so much about love, then fighting a whole war against Indra wouldn't be an option. How is that love can be associated with someone fighting a war over whose ideology was more righteous? I'm not saying he had to be a pushover, but neither you nor anyone else can produce a single panel that says he was like that w/o trying to use Hashirama or Naruto's circumstances as an argument.
So you expected Ashura to stand by idly while he brother started a war? I have already showed he was a loving person who believed love was the way to peace. Lel I guess you assume a loving person cant fight back, no?

Yep, those people are the reincarnates of the actual person in question.

EDIT: Sorry for double posting.
what does that have to do with anything? Madara and Sasuke are transmigrates of Indra and yet their personalities are different. And need i remind you and everybody else, there were numerous other transmigrates. Are you trying to say all of Ashura's transmigrates were like that even while beefing with their counterparts?

The only two that were shown were like that and Hashirama was about to die for Madara. So, it wouldn't be surprising if the others were like that as well.

It's a bit cheesy, but i understand your points, and i accept them all :hyper:
Theme like this for a story is what saddens me, period.
Hence, i believe Sasuke & Naruto will be the destined generation to stop the pitiable cycle.

this is a real reach, considering Black Zetsu already mentioned that it was uncommon for the transmigrates of both Ashura and Indra to work together. Key word there is "both". Meaning, literally all transmigrates from the Warring States Era has a history of being uncooperative due to w/e circumstances.

It's kinda ironic because the flashback we see of Indra and Ashura,.......they're always fighting, Ashura is not exactly the peace maker U_U

That's because Naruto and Sasuke are supposed to end the cycle.

EDIT: Also, why would Ashura cooperate with Indra, who doesn't want help from anyone?

OP is only using other ppl's circumstances and not those from the actual person in question, that's how.
Are you looking at the manga with foggles on or just not willing to accept what the manga has written out clear as day? Ashura wanted peace through love, and Indra was just bitter he wasn't chosen as successor, in which why he initiated the war against Ashura. Hasirama and Naruto are the ONLY reincarnates to be shown thus far, and the fact that they both posses the same ideals, characteristics and outlook on life reflects exactly how Ashura was, considering his spirit dwelled in them. People can have different personalities and both fight for the same cause, why you mentioned that I don't know.

you're not making your argument any more valid by throwing around some cheesy one liner because you still can't prove anything. It is just as plausible that Ashura was too prideful to reach out to Indra and gain his cooperation because their dad chose him over Indra. Show the panel where it was said Ashura tried to reach out to Indra instead of using Hashirama and Naruto as a crutch to support it with, and i will gladly stand corrected. Until then, you got nothing. Black zetsu already said mentioned the history of beefing between the 2 bloodlines, but i guess that was too inconvenient for your argument.

Sorry but everything in the manga is not always written out, and there are things that are symbolically told. If you didn't get the sage specifically laying out the principles of his sons, and comparing them to Naruto and Sauske, and Madara and Hashirama, then I'm sorry. Your argument makes as much sense as saying Naruto is like Indra and Sasuke is like Ashura.

so basically, i'm supposed to just take your word for it despite not being able to produce a single documented record of Ashura reaching out to Indra, considering neither Black Zetsu nor Hagoromo gave the slightest thing that even remotely suggested it. It's a simple enough request to produce something that says it, and seeing as though you can do everything but that, it further tells me you got nothing.

It takes 2 parties for there to be a war, and if Ashura was really that loving, that it stands to reason there would be some account of him extending an olive branch. And there isn't a single thing that says it since Black Zetsu's accounts said Ashura was apparently more concerned about defeating Indra than working with him.
