How is it that these uchihoe faptards bash Naruto for praising & forgiving obito, stating he committed mass murder,killed his parents,etc. Yet they praise itachi as a hero? Itachi has done something far worse, he slaughtered his own clansman & family! Regardless of his motives, mass murder is mass murder. No one ever bashes sasuke for forgiving itachi, he killed they're parents and forced him to watch it on replay via genjutsu LoL!

I would say the difference is because Naruto and Sasuke have different character. For instance, Naruto forgives anyone who basically says "I'm sorry I was wrong"...i.e. Nagato whereas Sasuke never shows any type of emotion other than hatred. It was character development for Sasuke and it was repetition of his being naive for Naruto.

Well for one Itachis sacrifices weren't entirely selfless just how Obitos weren't. In fact, Itachi stated that if Sasuke was to be harmed that he would cut off all ties with the village, meaning no longer protecting it either. Of course some of the things that made him somewhat selfless was that he killed his clan for his village, but it was selfish of him to hide the truth from Sasuke as he even stated himself.

Obito wasn't entirely selfish either though, seeing as all of his actions were for his end game plan of Infinite Tsukuyomi, which to Obito in his mind meant that he would create peace throughout the world. This of course suggests that Obito wasn't only thinking of himself.

No it's not. Nagato had no legitimate reason to kill them in the first place.

You made this too easy. I'll give you that Itachi wasn't completely selfless, but he was still far more so than Obito.

Now then the easy part, Obito did not give a damn about anyone but himself. He was thinking of one thing only, being in the I.T so he could see Rin again. The proof? Look at how many people he killed, he even tried to kill the entire SA by blowing them up. Anyone other than himself being in I.T. was just a bonus.

Don't try to justify this crime by stating he saved countless more in doing so. By this logic, obito is a greater hero than itachi because he rescued sasuke, hence literally saving the world. Without Naruto & sasuke's seal together, the world would be doomed. The fact is mass murder cannot be justified no matter what, its idiotic in thinking such is the answer to peace.
