So? Orochimaru can obviously help him in controlling it and use his chakra better. The guy is a genius, he obviously knows ways to help Sasuke in his Raiton jutsus.

Kirin is Natural energy which is basically senjutsu which Orochimaru mastered.. Orochimaru could give him some information and help him with perfecting the technique.

Also, what idiot trains his eye for years to defeat itachis mangekyou genjutsu falls for a 3 tomoe genjutsu. Flabbergasted.

He trained to beat Itachi's normal Genjutsu. Itachi never used the Mangekyo on him. Not to mention Deidara wasn't fooled by Sasuke's Genjutsu, he saw right through it. [

He forced Kirin with his own chakra using Katon. Usually when Sasuke's Chidori is affected by nature energy it goes black. Orochimaru would have helped him only with handling chakra control not teaching him a new Raiton jutsu as you stated.[SUB]
