Not usually, Sasuke has used chidori numerous times in CM lv2 and they were all normal. Kirin isn't senjutsu it is simply taking control of a natural element. The only time Sasuke's chidori was black the first time

Actually, Kabuto probably went to the battlefield to help stop what he helped create. If he lets Obito do what he wants then the orphanage would be affected as well. He simply happened upon Sasuke and he owed Itachi for helping him change.

Its kinda silly to think that Kabuto sensed where Sasuke was all the way from the cave and just rushed over to save Sasuke.

And you thinking that he simply felt Sasuke from miles away about less than 5 minutes ago and decided to run to Sasuke aid from the cave aid isn't speculation. All Kabuto said is why he was helping Sasuke. He never said y he came.
