Actually the SSJ Goku that defeated Broly may well have been even stronger than a SSJ2 considering he got power from multiple Full Power SSJ1 and Full Power SSJ isn't that far away from the SSJ2

Anyhow. Super Perfect Cell takes Broly with ease. Broly is just hype and pure awesomeness, however, not that much in the feat department.

SSJ2 Teen Gohan takes him, Super perfect Cell is pretty damn close to Gohan. The gap between SSJ1 and SSJ2 is just too much.

Perfect Cell is debatable, all versions below will lose to Broly.
