Beckman should be stronger by quite a large gap. If I had to guess, I'd say he's slightly stronger than Kizaru. That would be pretty lame if Shanks' first mate is weaker than Sabo who just got the MMnM.

OT: Dragon is strong, he should be on par with Shanks. Shanks/Dragon are the strongest in the Opverse. However, Shanks is hinted at being the pinnacle of top haki users, specifically king's haki so idk.

I love Beckman but I disagree I am 100% sure he is stronger than Sabo..but you just can't casually put him above admirals without even thinking twice about it...you basically put him in the "gap"

Yeah agreed, it's just my speculation on his where he lies in the power scaling of OP.

I wouldn't be suprise tho..because I expect him to be the closest 1st mate to his captains strength..as oppose to someone like Sabo or Marco who are like son's to there leaders

If I had to speculate where he lies and this is at the very least....I would say he is admiral level...except for Akainu because I feel he is an exception. When I say admiral level I mean if he fought someone like Kizaru 10 times he would win 5 ...or if he fought Kizaru he would have a 50/50 chance of winning..not those misleading clashes

But I could be wrong and he could be in the "gap"but I need some feats from him first to put him in that gap..because thats a big time spot for a 1st mate

Yeah I really wanna see Shanks' crew so it's easier to scale them. Beckman had the highest IQ at one point & Lucky Roo was the fastest character at one point, however this was said really early so idk. Kizaru seems pretty overrated to me.

shanks we know a little about but shanks has shown nothing that can defeat one of the 3 admirals. nothing at all. blocking one attack doesnt mean shit.

dragon could have a massive weakness thats easiy exploited. maybe he will lose to a gang of vice admirals. then people will look pretty stupid for overhyping him before we knew anything.

It doesn't matter if he's featless or not. We've heard enough "hype" to classify him as the strongest. Just because he hasn't had that much screen-time doesn't mean he's weak. Oda is most likely saving him, for the last arc.

someone who has done nothing vs someone like luffy who has 750 chapters of combat showings and long duels vs other strong people? obviously the advantage goes to luffy as i can post scans after scans of his strength.
dragon has no durability feats and thus no evidence he can take an elephant gun. same goes for sabo

I really don't know if you're serious or not. Are you really claiming that Luffy is stronger than Dragon just because we haven't seen any panels? We can come to the conclusion that Dragon is stronger because of the hype and much more. We know that he's a D, which means he must be a capable fighter, and it also means he possess haki. We also know that he's trained Sabo (It's been implied because of the techniques Sabo has uses all start with Dragon). Like @ToadSage, no one would follow Dragon unless he was strong.
