I don't see Kakashi winning without his sharingan, but then again I do. I prefer Darui's use of lightning release more, but Kakashi is a very skilled ninja and should not be counted out. I'll give it to Kakashi, very hard difficulty, not sure.

Even without Sharingan, Kakashi should still be a lot faster and more skilled in taijutsu. He has far more and better elemental ninjutsu and his skill with bushinjutsu should be more than enough to trick Darui and land a fatal hit on him, if we account also Kakashi's intellect.

I think they are equal in therms of power now kakashi has lost his sharingan, but kakashi showed to be the more tactical one.

MS Kakashi was stronger than Darui. Not 3 tomoe.

Darui is slightly faster and has greater chakra reserves. Their fight speed is equal but when it comes to movement speed, Darui takes the cake but not by a huge margin. You wouldn't be able to tell the difference though until those crucial moments in a fight between them, like who can close distance faster between the two to attack with their lightning-infused kunai/sword or who can dodge an attack and successfully land a counter attack faster.

Darui can win by shooting Kakashi down with his Laser Circus and it won't be highly difficult considering its range and precision mechanics (it will follow him).

I don't think darui is faster than kakashi, kakashi showed great taijutsu feats, darui didn't shown.
Laser circus won't hit directly it isn't instant, so kakashi is able to dodge, hiding in the ground very fast or simply avoid it.
Due to clone feints kakshi is able to attack from every where even from the ground, while the original shots beast runners at darui.
by the way kakashi showed that he improved his chakra reserves.

He used to fight Gai in taijutsu battles very often and in their only FB when they were younger, he ended up as the winner, so it's safe to assume they are relatively close. Obviously i'm not counting upper-echellon of gates here

Let's not beat about the bush. Gai is a master in his area and unlike in his childhood, he perfected the arts of Taijutsu, seeing as he lacked the talent for Ninjutsu and Taijutsu. Even the Databook clearly gives Gai a 5 in Taijutsu, a 5 in speed and in strength. He is portrayed a master in this area of combat. Kakashi is a physically weak person with an above average Taijutsu and speed (4.5) but is not nearly outstanding in these areas.

Can't you just stop being biased? Honestly.
