Because they are different. The frog song used by jiraiya is different from the frog chant used by naruto. Did you look at my first post properly? One is immobolization, one is genjutsu. Don't compare the genjutsu one to tayuya's flute. Her one takes effect almost immediately, the frog song one takes time.
They are not going to be able to finish prep. Sasuke ems is very fast. As fast if not faster than kcm naruto lol as if he's just going to let the frogs prep the genjutsu. The only way minato can evade is by using ftg. If they are constantly teleporting from place to place, the frogs can't sync their melodies meaning they won't get to prep their attack.
Sasuke can take note of all the kunai in the surrounding area and he can stand inside his susanoo firing kagutsuchi projectiles at minato and his kunai locations if minato just spams ftg.

what's stopping him from...
1 - make a couple clones
2 - throw a kunai far away
3 - leave the clones fighting and FTG to the kunai
4 - prep SM and FS
5 - teleport back to the clones and start fighting himself

to prep SM and FS without having to worry about Sasky...
can't you see how far it is?? he can just sit there to enter SM with the froggies and give them time to sync melodies before Sasky can cover that distance
and Sasky will be forced to have susano'o up because Minato's clones will be there and could tag him if he drops it

people make it like sasuke has chakra reserves to even maintain susano for 5 minutes... even in battle against power houses like jubito and madara he was droping his susano every 5 secs.... and that why got his ass kicked multiple times... he gets taged and gets slaughtered... anyway not like susano is a problem which can be teleported away...

against madara and obito he dropped it many times when even his fans thought he should have used susano.... plot wasn't that... only uchiha who uses susano continuously is madara and he has highest chakra reserves in uchihas...
and as i mentioned not that it matters.. susano gets teleported away or FS ends it...
