And? She couldn't have healed him either. He was desperate and wanted to try out every single possiblity.
Orochimaru has no medical experience? He conducted countless experiments, DNA manipulation, worked on transplanting organs and turning humans into snakes. He prepared the whole laboratory for Kabuto.
Kabuto was a medical ninja to begin with, but Orochimaru obviously did teach him more than some basic instruction-book-and-tape healing.

1. the sasuke miracle happened due to Tobirama being there, take out tobirama Kabuto wouldn't have been able to do shit.

3. Sakura has more info regarding medical ninjutsu

5. She already surpassed him in chakra control

Considering Orochimaru was 100% sure she can heal him, I'd say Tsunade can. But I obviously have no evidence to support this.
I don't remember him saying he was sure she could.
He was desperate. He wanted to try out every possibility of getting his arms back.

@King Hashirama The entire reason Sakura could even heal the entire Alliance is because of Yin Seal+Katsuyu.
Give Kabuto the same thing and he can do that as well.Not to mention his feats in both Part 1/Part 2 were so impressive even Tsunade praised his talent in medical jutsu.

"Give Kabuto the samething".. ROFL, Give Sakura Hashirama's chakra and Mokuton, she can do the samething as him. Give Sakura Kabuto's oh wait let me make a correction, give Sakura HASHIRAMA's dna, and tobirama to tell her what to do, she would've duplicated what Kabuto did.
Acknowledge that Kabuto was able to bring Sasuke back only due to Hashirama's dna and Tobirama being there.
So please don't come up here with this "Give him that".. lamest excuse in the book.
Fact is shes better than him in chakra control and has more info regarding medical ninjutsu. There is NO WAY IN HELL Kabuto can master the Yin seal.
