(Suiton: Kouu no Fukkou) - Water Style: Rain's Renaissance
- Brief description of how you perform the technique;
-Dean starts by combining his Water and Wind based chakra, to form Rain chakra. Dean then slams his hands onto the ground before him, and sends a great wave of rain chakra through the ground. Through manipulation, Dean causes all nearby water sources' water, to head back into the sky, and let it fall as rain again, creating a pseudo infinite rain that keeps on falling.
- How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc);
-Well, it's only use is to replenish water, by sending it back into the sky, so it falls like rain again. You could use it as a supplementary, helping you complete your Rain techniques, and allow you to defeat your opponent with ease.
- Limitations of the technique;
-The technique itself does no damage, and therefore, can only be used for its single purpose. Also, it's range is limited to Mid range.
- How to counter the technique;
-Hm, well one could basically manipulate the Water source before the opponent does. Or try and destroy the water before it heads up, or something lel.
- Questions regarding the technique;
-Nope.
- Brief description of how you perform the technique;
-Dean starts by combining his Wind and Water chakra, and creating Rain chakra. He then forms a long line of hand seals, and then starts manipulating said Rain chakra, to form around his palms of his hands, attracting the rain drops. As the gather, they start form an orb of Rain around Dean's hands, and he makes his way towards an opponent. Upon getting close range with the opponent, Dean launches his hand towards the opponent, and makes this orb of rain explode towards the opponent, blasting him back quite some distance.
- How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc);
-Basically, it can be used in conjunction with some Genjutsu, that constricts the opponent, or an Earthen technique where you travel through the ground, and slam it into the opponent. A speedy character like Minato would utilize this perfectly ;_;
- Limitations of the technique;
-You need to get up close and personal, in order to blast it towards the opponent. Makes it quite difficult, and also, it has a long string of hand seals.
- How to counter the technique;
-The rock amor would work, if I don't have enough time to counter, with say a wall of Earth.
- Questions regarding the technique;
-No.
