Tsunade and Jiraiya mid diff at best. Kakuzu is majorly overrated. Only problem they actually have is Sasori's poison, which I believe is countered by byakugo and the poison removal jutsu.

Sasori: Most of Sasori's puppets can be easily restrained or crushed with Raging Lion's Mane. Sensing barrier prevents any puppet sneak attacks from behind. Fukusaku can use his weird tongue jutsu to grapple Sasori and bring him in to close range, at which point Jiraiya ends him with a super big-ball rasengan. Iron sand needles are blocked with Hari Jizo, and bigger iron sand structures are blasted back with super big-ball rasengans. Wow, I just realized Jiraiya has intel on Sasori so this is even easier. Kebari Senbon aimed at his weak spot finishes him and poison clouds are blown away with Shima's wind. Liquid poison on the puppets is just avoided altogether.

Kakuzu: Kakuzu's threads can be burnt to crisp either with basic katons or Oil + Fire combos. Don't say Kakuzu fire + wind combo gg, because Jiraiya's combo with gamabunta puts that katon to shame. Kakuzu himself can be dealt with the same way as Sasori (Fukusaku reels him in with his tongue, super big-ball rasengan breaks through iron skin.) His dolls are dealt with rather easily either with rasengans, hair techniques, katons, or just crushed by summons.

Heck even Jiraiya's Katon + Ma's Futon would be overpowered by Kakuzu's massive elemental attacks. Anyways, I don't see ISWO being blocked by Tsunade or Jiraiya, but that's just me. I don't see what's stopping ISWO followed by Gians.

@underline - Tsunade actually stands a good chance against Sasori alone, since Sakura without byakogou or katsuyu gave him a tough time. But with Jiraiya there it's a guaranteed win.

Again, having a larger Katon only means greater quantity. Futon being added to the somewhat smaller Katon still means there's greater directional force behind it, still being capable of pushing it back. Anyways, Boss summons are restricted, Fukasaku has no feats of such a massive oil jutsu and regular Katon (no oil) isn't spreading on that scale without mass oil quantities whether Tsunade helps or not.

First off, Sasori doesn't start with the Third Kazekage out and Kakuzu doesn't start with his elemental dolls out. And Jiraiya (who starts in SM) can definitely take out Sasori in Hiruko or Base Kakuzu before that happens, so from that point on it's a 1v1.

Jiraiya is a sensor. Sensing barrier detects any sneak attacks from the Lightning doll, or any other doll/puppet for that matter. Or Sage Mode sensing from Ma and Pa works as well. You forget that SM Jiraiya actually consists of three opponents (Jiraiya, Ma, and Pa.) Jiraiya deals with the iron sand by blasting it away with

About the fire, I just noticed that boss summons are restricted. Nevertheless, it doesn't matter since Fukusaku can take care of either the wind or fire mask before they merge. He can either cut them apart or reel them in with his tongue (or if Jiraiya's not busy with Sasori, Jiraiya can kill either one of the masks with a katon, raging lion's mane, etc.)
