Shizune has also 4 in speed. And so have the likes of Kurenai and Anko, yet I have never seen you wank their speed.

If someone reattaches her head (like Suigetsu did with her lower body) while Byakugo is on, i don't see why not.

Kakuzu covered the same distance as Kakashi so how is this a speed feat? Not to mention Kakashi has gotten stronger and faster since then. Also we have seen fast characters getting owned/blitzed by slower ones many times before.

Well, considering your entire point is based on a way of interpretation entirely beneficial to you and only you, I have no reason to argue any further. Yours is based on blind faith, mine is based on rationality. Kakuzu covered a slight greater distance while Kakashi was using his Raikiri, which makes him go his quickest speed.

Your simply downplaying it. Anyways, give me your scans of this immense speed Jiraiya has which can compare to this, or even come close.
