Naruto is able to use the Nine-Tails chakra due to him being; Asura's reincarnation, an Uzumaki, and a Jinchuuriki his while life. Not just any one can pull that off.
Sasuke eyes allow him to use the 3 powers of the Mangekyo, and not to mention he has Hashirama's, Naruto's/Kurama's, and Asura's chakra and/or cells.
And as for the gif part it is only the truth and u brought it upon yourselves.

You used the word tame as if it was relevant to proving your point. So now you admit Naruto did nothing but be himself to gain nine seperate entities powers. That's good to know. How Sasuke got Itachis power whether he wanted him to or not doesn't change the fact the power belongs to only one person now. Everything else is irrelevant. Naruto is using power that doesn't belong to him.

Like I said before all the power and chakra originates from the 10 tails beast. But you are right, there is a difference between the eyes and biju.

With the eyes the users doesn't have to worry about it killing them just by having that power (biju chakra can kill by just being inside a person's body) and taking over their body. The eyes levels up just from being used during battle and seeing anything emotional. It automatically gives the user jutsu and allow them to use that jutsu at high level without requiring any type of training. If the users is going blind he can just take his brother's eyes or another uchiha's eyes to fix the problem. There are little to no cons to having the eyes unlike the biju. Its fact that the 9 tails held Naruto back by making it harder for him to control his chakra and power.
