Floy, stop being a jerk and overlooking everything people say just because you dislike the direction or do not understandit. You're looking for logical explanations and we're giving them to you. Kishimoto does not need to explain a long already used aspect throughout both parts 1 and 2 over and over.

In red, the rocks underneath Gaara and Lee are moving, which forced them to retreat. Team 7 on the other hand are still on the ground because no rocks are moving beneath them. This either indicates they are either out of range or moved themselves as well. Madara also states "these raindrops will be harder to handle than you're used to," indicating he wishes to crush them, not suck them in.
In blue, if you check out the scale of all the stones, they are all large boulders, not pebbles, indicating CT follows the laws of gravity where objects of the greatest mass rather than smallest are pulled in. The smaller stones in the previous panels are a result of being on top of the larger ones or breaking off of them.
The CT stone is not a satellite as it is within Earth's atmosphere, not outside and Kyuubi Naruto is standing on a stone and being hit by the other stones, not being sucked in himself.
