Offical rules on creating a Village
*the Village must be created and runed by a high rank member. the member should be a senior to the forums.
(The village should have 20 members to create a forum and a minium of 15 ppl in the group.
If the village lost its members, it will be considered as a dead village, but the village can revive it self if they have enough of members.
(There can only be 5 main villages and those 5 main villages can enter the Kage meeting.
(Small villages cannot enter the kage meetin but they can be used as allied villages.
*Custom clans (follow the custom rules created by rei) is not considered a village and they can be in any village they want (depending on the clan).
*A member can only be in one Village. leaving the village is considered a crime and the member will be hunted down
*No custom village (=< i wanted to make the orgyvillage xd)
