They have already tried to many times. Also, almost every ppl who rp's is spread by this main groups, sound village won't have any members, only if they already are on other group. That means members wont betray their original group to fight for the sound village, which means they will not participate in wars and sound will be destroyed easilly, so i say no.

Only if they can mantain that group active with 10 or 20 members for a good period of time
