It would damage susanoo. Let's not overrate Uchihas shall we? It's just that Hyugas don't have a way to touch the susanoo without being killed and don't have enough charka for the bigger susanoos.

Think of it this way. Whatever a Hyuga can flow their chakra into, can get destroyed, but for something as large as susanoo, that flow would have to be so big, that so much chakra would be required in order to make that flow, which I don't believe the Hyuga have,

I'm right. The hyuga must hit the oponent's chakra points for gentle fist to work. Gentle fists work by blocking chakra points in the oponents body. A susanoo has no chakra points so your attempt to discredit my post fails miserably.

Gentle fist is effective when it touches person's body to disrupt the chakra flow or damage any chakra/pressure points.
Susano'o is an armor for the user. Gentle fist won't be able to touch the user, that means no harm to the user and hence no harm to the susano'o. Though Gentle Fist isn't as focused as that of Tsunade's punch to break the suasno'o.
