It would damage susanoo. Let's not overrate Uchihas shall we? It's just that Hyugas don't have a way to touch the susanoo without being killed and don't have enough charka for the bigger susanoos.
Well they can because don't forget they Have range attack such as Airpalm in the smaller scale or Vacuum Air Palm in a larger scale that was able to have Big impact on the Juubi Arm which is 10X bigger than the regular Susanoo which should penetrate if not it can sweep the Susanno at bay.
Gentle fist is effective when it touches person's body to disrupt the chakra flow or damage any chakra/pressure points.
Susano'o is an armor for the user. Gentle fist won't be able to touch the user, that means no harm to the user and hence no harm to the susano'o. Though Gentle Fist isn't as focused as that of Tsunade's punch to break the suasno'o.
Any person with comin sense know it would be harder to target chakra to finger tips as opposed to fist. It's even stated in the manga that joining struggle to do what the Hyuuga do. Gentle is way for focused then tsunades punches
This post is miserably wrong because the Gentel Fist does not need to target chakra points to work. Kidomarus web does not have chakra points, nor do Kisames Water Prison. Try again.

You're missing the point... Neji stated any thing that was made of chakra substance, Gentle fist can deliberately disrupt it like Susannoo is made of Chakra.
Neji was able to disrupt water prison or spider web because it was made of chakras.

Bijuu dramas aren't fully made up out of chakra, they have positive and negative energy. My point is if the byakugan user can touch it without being harmed then theoretically he should be able to disrupt it. Right, so you think just by touching the Susano'O (known to have beasts amount of chakra rivaling the Bijuu's themselves) that it will disrupt it automatically? Ok. I wonder how you desperate Hyuga fans will feel about it destroying an actual Bijuu, since that is also made of chakra. The Bijuu's are nothing but big manifestations of chakra.

They can emit a sharp like chakra needle in their fingertips and cut through thin parts of chakra enhanced attacks. The Susano'O has much more chakra and will not just disappear or collapse from a single finger point. That by itself sounds incredibly stupid.

By your logic, all chakra enhanced attacks can be disrupted by the Gentle fists with proper chakra control. If this was the case then the Hyuga would have been relevant for awhile now.
Apparently, the op is asshurt and fixated on the Uchiha being stronger than the Hyuga, as going by his logic and the title, only the Susano'O can be destroyed by Gentle fist, despite that their are a lot more chakra enhanced jutsu's in this manga.
Susano'O is a moving physical form with immense chakra from the user. Jyuuken could stop Kidomaru's thread because they had chakra flowing into them, while Susano'O does not have chakra flowing in it. Susano'O is completely made out of chakra. Susano'O has a physical form that is made of chakra. Jyuuken is hand-to-hand combat used to inflict internal damage through attacking the body's Chakra Pathway System using your own chakra.
