People need to first understand this is not a versus thread. Its merely discussion on if the Gentel Fist can destroy a Susano'O. No one saying Neji can beat Itachi or the Hyugas are superior to the Uchiha.

It would depend on the mount of chakra the jyuuken user inserts. More chakra, more power, thus more destruction.

Gentle fist can only have an effect if the hyuga can get close enough to physically hit the susano user's chakra points. Gentle fist is just chakra from the palm/fingers. Susanno has been shown to block chakra based attacks like odama rasengan>gentle fist.

Gentle Fist is formed of combat on combat. Susanoo is stated to be " best absolute defense." Not even Element Jutsus or Odama Rasengan can damage it. only chakra strength like Tsuande has, can damage Susanoo. ( only to V3 Susanno)

You just backed up the Gentel Fist with this statement. Kidomarus web and Kisames water prison were both made up of chakra + Water and Web combined with it. That just compliments the Gentel Fist more because if they can destroy pure chakra that is fused with outside substances combined with them (water + web) then destroying pure chakra alone would be even easier.

It was also shown to destroy water prison. Its just more convient to go for the weak spot. Of course, I'm not saying the likes of Neji could destroy PS, this is all theoretical. if there was a hyuga on hashirama's level with his same chakra reserves, who knows, it would probably work.
