I am tempted to say Tsunade wins alone, but I personally lean more towards Kakuzu. Throwing Mei in there does make it a low diff fight.

Remove Tsunade and he can. But as long as she is here to boost Mei's and Temari's elemental attacks to enormous levels, Kisame isn't soloing shit.

Water dome ends and no one can do anything about it. Elemental attacks will only supply more chakra to Kisame whilst in the water dome. No intel means no one know what he's doing, so he creates the water dome and basically is guaranteed victory.

Lml No,When having her hands bound and her body restrained by threads, shes not going to merely "rip them out" Especially seeing as he has a near infinite amount in his body and they are all connected, sooo it wouldn't do anything regardless knowing that his threads rip her heart out and she then proceeds to die.
Was this ever shown?

Kisame's chakra absorption isn't as good as Preta Path's.
The WD is overrated. Correct me if I'm wrong, but as I remember Kisame can't absorb chakra without touching the target. If he gets close to them, he gets oneshotted by an attack 20x more powerful than this [

Restraining does not work on someone whose physical strength is off the charts. Restraining her would be Kakuzu's downfall. You are saying a pack of noodles can restrain a wrestler..

No it is not, it is viewed highly for a reason; it is broken. If any chakra comes close to him, he absorbs it, or are you claiming he is being hit by chakra without the chakra ever coming close? Kisame gets one shotted? Lel he healed from terrible wounds, there's no reason for him not to heal again. More so, neither attack will work under the water. Lava turns to rock and sinks to the bottom. Futon isn't working so well considering water resistance>air resistance, thus the fan will move at much slower speeds, and even then he would absorb it. No one is hurting him, he uses water sharks and ends them.

She can apply chakra 1 by 1.
The strength gap between Tsunade and a regular ninja is much greater than strength gap between a wrestler and a regular human in our world. She is no superman, but in NV she is physically strongest. Ripping through bone is not cutting it against her strength; if that's the best threads can do in power. Shoelaces can carry hundreds of kg(depending on amount) which can rival or top the force human can apply. Do threads have feats of parring with the force Tsunade can output?
She can apply chakra 1 by 1.
