  • Brief description of how you perform the technique; I gather water and wind chakra and together combined, make Ameton chakra. I send it out to the fabric/clothing of my target, making it as a magnet and manipulating my chakra to attract raindrops around it. These raindrops that fall on the targets clothing will stay there, thanks to my chakra, and gradually build up, causing it to get heavier and heavier the longer it rains.
  • How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc); Well, this technique is a technique id use in the beginning of the battle, and would have its effect throughout the battle. Once i activate this techinque, i would, after a few turns, use speedy techniques that would allow me to move faster. Because my opponent would have water in their armor/clothing, it would be hard for them to move as fast so they won't catch me. I can also use earth techniques a lot, probably from underneath them so if they use lightning, theyd get shocked.
  • Limitations of the technique; The amount of time it would take to get that amount of water in the clothing.
  • How to counter the technique; Taking off your clothes. LOLLOL. I mean it is a legitimate counter; i'd use earth chakra, like the one that makes things lighter. It would also drive out the ameton chakra
  • Questions regarding the technique; Nothing.
  • Brief description of how you perform the technique; I gather water and wind chakra and combine them together, creating rain chakra. I then proceed to send out all the rain chakra i mustered up to the raindrops, directly to the side of my opponent. The rain chakra will manipulate into the raindrops to form clones of myself. They are created about 5 meters above ground, and once it crashes in the ground, disappears in a puddle.
  • How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc); I would use this technique as a distraction and as a setup for another technique. Once it crashes on the ground to create puddles, near my opponent hopefully, i would use that C-rank rain jutsu to create a spike of water from the puddle and attack them from the sides while my body would be performing another technique, maybe something in their opposite side to get them distracted. o-o
  • Limitations of the technique; This would be the fact that the clones can't harm the opponent in any way and serves as a distraction only
  • How to counter the technique; No counter necessary, they won't harm you but i guess finding out that it isn't real would be important so you can keep your focus on your opponent, rather than the false clones
  • Questions regarding the technique; So its basically making a clone of water, from the rain right? Like you can make it anywhere there's rain, like 20 Meters in the air, or 5 meters in the air and it falls as fast as rain, right? o-o
(Gouu no Jutsu) - Heavy Rain Technique

  • Brief description of how you perform the technique;
    -Dean starts by gathering his Ameton chakra, by combining his Water and Wind chakra. Dean then sends his Rain based chakra into the opponent, making it act like an attractor. Then by manipulating my chakra, I cause raindrops from the falling rain to be attracted to my opponent's clothing. The rain would then start to gather on the opponent and make him heavier, pulling him down to the ground.
  • How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc);
    -It's a useful technique, and as you said, it can be used when someone uses a technique which is released from their mouth, which would cause them to injure themselves and possibly even kill themselves. Also, it's a good way to constrict someone and then use a technique which would kill them like Swamp of the Underworld or Sticky Earth Drop, or any jutsu that is fast enough to hurt the opponent before they can counter the weight.
  • Limitations of the technique;
    -It doesn't produce it's own water, so it must be done in a rainy environment and also the time it would take before the opponent is completely heavy, or unable to move I guess. The move itself doesn't cause any damage, so it's practically a supplementary jutsu.
  • How to counter the technique;
    -Hm, this one is tricky, maybe move yourself fast enough to make the raindrops go off your clothes/body. Not to sure of this one, remove the part the raindrops are attracted to .-.
  • Questions regarding the technique;
    -What is a suitable counter?

(Ame Bunshin) - Raining Clones

  • Brief description of how you perform the technique;
    -Dean starts by gathering his Ameton chakra by combining his Wind and Water based chakra. He then sends his chakra into the raindrops beside him, creating a clone of himself within the rain. This acting as a mere distraction, it can't perform any techniques. So then the clone hits the ground, and turns into a puddle of water on the ground.
  • How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc);
    -Mostly for distractions, so it can be used to distract or confuse your opponent, can be useful in some occasions but not that much as it can't do anything itself, though the puddle it creates could be manipulated.
  • Limitations of the technique;
    -It doesn't do any damage and it's only good for distractions, plus it can only be used in close range.
  • How to counter the technique;
    -If you doubt it to be a clone, a simple punch can destroy it and send it to become a mere puddle. It's preferably a distraction technique.
  • Questions regarding the technique;
    -No.
Well, yes ace. You can basically use the technique up in the air, near your opponent, behind, beneath everywhere as long as it's in your short ranged area. So, five meters to the left, right, front, back or above; hence why it's short ranged. And L, it's nice to see that you are putting effort and not actually looking at Ace his post to copy paste or get ideas from him, but exactly as Ace said, make yourself lighter or use an D-Ranked fire technique that could evaporate a little of the water, causing steam but making you lighter than before of course. Taking off your clothes is an option too, but it would take time of course.

ONTO B-RAAAAAAAAANK ~

(Ame Kumo Bunshin) - Rain Cloud Clone
Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage Points: N/A
Description: A jutsu that creates a clone from the Rain clouds in the sky. The clone resembles the user but keeps the appearance of moving clouds with only the shape and color of the user. Because of this the clouds cannot be used as a distraction. The clones are able to attack and receive attacks.

They can only punch and kick, throw kunai's and equipment's but cannot use technique's whatsoever. Usually used to mess with your opponent, or use this to defend yourself from a low ranked technique since it doesn't require the usage of any handseals whatsoever.

(Ame Ame Tama) - Raining Rain Bullets
Rank: B
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage Points: 40
Description: The user does the necessary handseals and focuses chakra into the rain, the rain draws together and forms several bullets of rain. The "bullets" fall at an accelerated rate and feel like large rocks falling from the sky.

I love this technique, why? Just because when you create the necessary handseals you can basically cause all the rain drops to come together, so fuse and become quite big ones which become bullets that come falling down one second after another, it's like an endless rain but then in bullets that actually are as hard as rock. And you can even confuse your opponent by letting him think that you're actually performing an whole other technique whilst in reality you create this, unnoticeable to them because if you use this correctly without letting your opponent notice anything because of the rain temporarily stopping because of the fact that they're gathering above your opponent; making it quite the OP technique. So with the combination of an wind technique; this could be quite the handy technique. Just, use your creativity and explore the technique.

  • Brief description of how you perform the technique; I begin by gather wind and water chakra, then, combining them together to create rain chakra. I then send it out on the clouds above me. With the use of shape manipulation, i use it to shape the clouds into my body shape, and then use the compatible rain chakra to manipulate the properties of this cloud to mimic my color and clothing. I then have it come down, with the use of my chakra, and have it go alongside me. The clouds, instead of walking like a normal person, seems to move at a smoother, less rough motion.
  • How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc); Creating it when we're about to engage in a taijutsu, or close combat battle. By manipulating it to move alongside me and compliment my movements, we'd be able to fight as if we were close and it may confuse the target on which the real or fake one is. Or i could send my clone over to my opponent, have it touch him, then send a lightning technique because lightning would electrocute my opponent as well, since you know, they'd basically be touching a water substance that is in a slightly gaseous form.
  • Limitations of the technique; It can't perform any jutsus and it can only reach short range from you and it can only be performed with rain clouds
  • How to counter the technique; I would use an earth technique to slice through it, or have an earth technique go in it so the earth would split the clouds. I could also slash through it with a sword, and maybe taijutsu. Tbh, a ton of counter since clouds are very soft and this cloud in particular is not used for defensive purposes, so it would disperse like normal clones.
  • Questions regarding the technique; how exactly is it performed? o-o i mean its short ranged, but it says create clones from the rain clouds...

Then i would attack with this while keeping him in place.
  • Limitations of the technique; It does not follow your opponent, so if they move it would miss. Oh and it requires handseals
  • How to counter the technique; Sensory, evading it before it hits you, creating an earth wall to rise above you. The key to defending against this would be realizing that it's falling down on you, most likely using the handseals as an excuse to look up for caution.
  • Questions regarding the technique; No

(Ame Kumo Bunshin) - Rain Cloud Clone

  • Brief description of how you perform the technique;
    -Dean starts by creating my Ameton chakra by combining my Water and Wind chakra. Dean then sends it into the sky and manipulates it to form a clone from the rain clouds in the sky. The clones appearance is like that of a cloud that is moving. These clones are able to attack and also receive attacks.
  • How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc);
    -Well, it's a good distraction, and also, it can attack on it's own. Because it doesn't require handseals, it's a fast technique to use if you get into a jiffy. It's also only short range, so it can be used in situations where it can be used to quickly distract an opponent, allowing you a small time frame to attack with a jutsu.
  • Limitations of the technique;
    -Well, it's only short range, so it can only be used up to 5 meters around you. So basically, only when the opponent is extremely close to you. Making this a technique to only use in certain situations and very limited to use.
  • How to counter the technique;
    -Well, an earth based wall or an Earth based blast to disperse the cloud like clone. One could also use any attack to break the concentration of the clone itself, possibly dispersing it.
  • Questions regarding the technique;
    -No.

(Ame Ame Tama) - Raining Rain Bullets

  • Brief description of how you perform the technique;
    -Dean starts by forming the necessary handseals and then focuses his Ameton chakra into the sky above whilst the rain is falling. Then by manipulating his chakra, Dean causes the Rain to draw together and form into several bullets of rain. These bullets fall at great speed and acts as huge rocks that fall from the sky.
  • How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc);
    -It's pretty useful, as it can be used right after you constrict an opponent, allowing a mass of Rain bullets to fall on them. Also, these rain bullets can fall up to mid range, so it has various uses in battle. The number of bullets aren't said, so I assume one can make it rain bullets for as long as you keep your concentration and chakra there. It's pretty powerful.
  • Limitations of the technique;
    -Well, it's pretty sly. One could perhaps notice the rain stopping for a moment whilst the rain bullets are formed because it gathers to form a rain bullet, meaning less rain at that point. That could be exploited to know that rain bullets are formed. If you can get out of range fast enough, you could perhaps dodge it.
  • How to counter the technique;
    -If you notice it soon enough, any technique that creates a roof/dome over your head, preferably an earth based one can stop the Rain bullets. Or a more powerful fire based blast up into the sky, that would evaporate the bullets.
  • Questions regarding the technique;
    -No.

(Ooki Kouu no Jutsu) - Big Rain Skill
Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage Points: N/A
Description: By sending subtle chakra waves into the clouds, the user is able to create unusually large nuclei for the water droplets to condense on. The end result is big raindrops that fall to the ground at a faster then normal rate. They aren't big or fast enough to cause any real damage, but they are quite distracting.

Easy to understand and to get used. It doesn't require any handseals whatsoever, but some concentration is needed. It's as big as an basketball and as I have told you many times before, use these kind of technique's as great advantages, to make it unnoticeable to your opponent.

(Shuushi Ame) - Stop Rain
Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage Points: N/A
Description: This technique defines the users chakra control and for tactical measures for other techniques. The user creates the necessary handseals and every rain drop stops in mid air or wherever they are

The oh so famous move that can interrupt any rain technique your opponent uses from short to mid ranged near you (above you, in front of you to the right or the left or behind you). You simply take over your opponents rain technique, and make it stop. This technique can also stop the rain tiger of will technique.

Oh, cool. thanks o-o

  • Brief description of how you perform the technique; I gather my wind and water chakra, and combine them together to create ameton chakra. I then send them out in the clouds, where the raindrops are currently falling. I would manipulate my chakra in such a way that it would create a nuclei and the raindrops would be attracted to it, condensing to where said nuclei is located and because of its size, the raindrops would be as large as basketballs as they condense.
  • How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc); I would start this up in the beginning of the battle, after the rain technique has been used. Then, i would use a technique that comes from the ground, preferably lightning. The lightning technique telegram flash would be perfect because the lightning would electrocute the water raindrops, since they'd be bigger, for sure, the water would be collected to create smaller puddles on the ground where the opponent is at so the raindrops would enhance the conductivity of the lightning. I could also use that earth B-rank technique that creates a thingy on the ground to suck the target in, with the water, it would make it like a toilet and suck in the target faster o-o
  • Limitations of the technique; It does not do any damage, which is basically the only drawbacks. This technique is overall a good technique.
  • How to counter the technique; I would use the stop rain technique, ahaha. Anyways, i would use the raindrops as a medium to use water techniques, low ranking, that would require a small water source. Not really a counter, but its a supplementary technique so yeah. I could also create an earth ceiling or anything like that.
  • Questions regarding the technique; Nope
  • Brief description of how you perform the technique; As i see L's rain coming from the ground, I proceed to join my water and wind chakra together to create rain chakra. Then, as the fast approaching raindrops fell to the grounds, I would release my ameton chakra towards each and everyone of the rain drops. Afterwards, my ameton chakra would completely extinguish L's chakra, making the raindrops stop all together.
  • How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc); This is going to be short: literally only one use and its to stop the rain techniques which is extremely useful since rain is super super sneaky and deadly. And this would stop the sensory ability of rain tiger at will.
  • Limitations of the technique; It will not reach long range.. sadly.
  • How to counter the technique; use rain tiger at will again? lol
  • Questions regarding the technique; No
Sorry bout the last one, it was kinda hard to fill out the template lol

(Ooki Kouu no Jutsu) - Big Rain Skill

  • Brief description of how you perform the technique;
    -Dean starts by forming his Ameton chakra by combining his Water and Wind natures. He then sends this chakra into the clouds and manipulate it to form a nuclei, a single point of attraction for other raindrops. As they start to attract, it would create unusually large raindrops, the size of basketballs, to fall to the ground at a fast speed.
  • How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc);
    -Well, it's pretty much a distraction technique, so one can use to quickly take the opponent's attention away from you, as you prepare a more powerful technique or jutsu, that might not require handseals or is quick to perform. Like Stone Spikes or Antilion technique would be good, it's actually a useful technique overall.
  • Limitations of the technique;
    -Well, it doesn't cause any damage and can only act as distraction type of technique and it can only fall up to mid range.
  • How to counter the technique;
    -Send some super heated Fire into the sky to cancel out the Nuclei of Rain, or just create an Earth based roof like jutsu that would protect you from the rain drops, even if the can't hurt you, the opponent could still use other rain jutsu too.
  • Questions regarding the technique;

(Shuushi Ame) - Stop Rain

  • Brief description of how you perform the technique;
    -Dean starts by forming the necessary handseals, and gathering his Ameton chakra and release it all around him into every single raindrop. As the raindrops still fall, due to the new chakra inserted, Dean is able to make every single raindrop stop dead in it's tracks, making it look like a scene from the Matrix :cool:
  • How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc);
    -You can pretty much stop the Rain Tiger of Will technique, stopping your opponent from knowing where you are. Also, stop any other rain related techniques from being used, as it completely stops the Rain, leaving very little rain to manipulate for the enemy. A useful jutsu, I see myself using it often o-o
  • Limitations of the technique;
    -The technique basically, only has the use of stopping the rain. It doesn't cause any damage, only for supplementary uses. Also it can only stop Rain up to Mid range.
  • How to counter the technique;
    -Make it rain again with Tiger Rain at Will .-.
  • Questions regarding the technique;
    -No.

(Ame Aikuchi) - Rain Dagger
Rank: B
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage Points: 40
Description: A simple jutsu that gathers the rain with chakra and then forms it into a dagger-like weapon. The chakra gives the water a more solid form so that it can be used for attacks. The water returns to normal shortly after creation. When the dagger cuts into something the water from the dagger expands within the cut to increase the damage.

You can simply gather the chakra nearby you (short to mid) into a dagger-like weapon. You can create this technique underneath your opponent, behind him, to his left right above him but the disturbance of the rain slightly getting stopped to gather shall become noticeable to your opponent and he might figure it out because of the rain that will gather up, so once again, do some sneaky stuff to him/her.

(Amagasa no Jutsu) - Umbrella Technique
Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage Points: N/A
Description: A helpful technique for staying dry in the rain. After a few short handsigns, the user can create an invisible umbrella by extending their arm over their head and holding an open palm towards the sky. This "umbrella stops all rain, but cannot stop jutsu that take a more solid form like the Rain spear technique. This technique was actually made to stop the acid rain technique and other average falling rain techniques from touching the user.

I love this technique, especially against other rain users. (This technique can stop the rain technique that causes you to get pulled down that puts more weight on your clothes) So, quite simple; you use your hand as an umbrella but we all know that that's not so handy, because this makes you unable to perform any handseals so, you can simply use your clone in this case; to use this technique. But then again, he will need to run behind you like bees graving for honey.

  • Brief description of how you perform the technique; I gather my water chakra and wind chakra, and together, create ameton chakra. After doing so, i would send this rain chakra into a group of raindrops, hovering above my opponent, slightly to the left. I use my ameton chakra to bundle these together and with shape manipulation, give them a more solidified shape and manipulate it to have it slash through my target.
  • How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc); I would use this technique to attack a distracted, off guard opponent. A creative use would be having it form above them, and then, use water pillar thrust to thrust them up to meet the dagger, and have them get stabbed by it. I could also form this to my opponents side, where it wouldn't be too noticeable while i throw kunais to the opposite side, so their eyes would naturally look the other way.
  • Limitations of the technique; I am guessing its inability to reach long range and the fact that the bundle of water would be noticeable that water isn't raining on a certain area.
  • How to counter the technique; I would counter this technique by any C-rank or above earth, defensive or offensive technique. However, the main key is to find it first. I would find this by noticing that rain isn't falling on a certain area, either by feeling it or by hearing it, since you'd hear a decline of sound from a certain area. Then, i would react and defend accordingly, to create a shield around me with earth
  • Questions regarding the technique; Not really
  • Brief description of how you perform the technique; I gather water and wind chakra and join them together to create ameton chakra, which i channel towards my palm. Upon doing so, i would raise that hand, with my palm outwards towards the rain. I would manipulate my rain chakra to spread out, while maintaining an invicible color. This spreads out into a shape of an umbrella, and i manipulate it to become slightly more solidified then actual chakra, creating an invisible umbrella.
  • How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc); This technique can be used to block certain rain techniques that don't take a solid form, like acid rain. Basically, if it's rain that's not shaped together, you can't use the umbrella to defend against it. Also, you can use a clone to hold it for you, but that would be weird, that's pretty much all lol
  • Limitations of the technique; The fact that it won't defend against rain techniques that are solidified, which is most of the rain techniques lol
  • How to counter the technique; Using their lack of handseals as an advantage. You can attack them straightforwardly, or even aim at their arm area. Make the earth move by the C-rank earth technique, or use water pillar thrust to disorient them and have their arms sway making it hard to focus
  • Questions regarding the technique; none

(Ame Aikuchi) - Rain Dagger

  • Brief description of how you perform the technique;
    -Dean starts by gathering his Ameton chakra, and sending it into the rain. He then manipulates said chakra, to form into a condensed dagger like form, able to pierce the average human's flesh. After the dagger is formed right behind the dummy, Dean manipulates it to slash into the dummy's skull, piercing it, and increasing in size as it enters the head. To a human, this would definitely kill him.
  • How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc);
    -A pretty useful technique, first constricting the opponent, giving you the opportunity to create the dagger in his blind spot. A one hit kill, if aimed at the right place in the right situation. Keep the opponent occupied so they don't notice the disturbance in the rain as the dagger is formed. Sneaky :skorm:
  • Limitations of the technique;
    -Well, except for the disturbance in the rain and possibly, to keep the rain dagger in it's form, it doesn't really have that much weak points. It's also just up to mid range.
  • How to counter the technique;
    -The quick acting stone armor can be used, because it has to be quick since this jutsu requires no handseals, and is pretty sneaky. Also noticing the disturbance allows you to not meta game your way out z.z
  • Questions regarding the technique;
    -Noh.
(Amagasa no Jutsu) - Umbrella Technique

  • Brief description of how you perform the technique;
    -Dean starts out by forming a few quick handseals, and then extends his right arm upwards (like a boss). After doing so, Dean channels his Ameton chakra to his hand, creating a somewhat invisible barrier that spreads out above him. This allows him to be protected from weaker Rain related attacks and the rain itself, at the cost of not being able to form handseals for other techniques.
  • How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc);
    -Well, since it stops Rain related attacks, it can be good counter to several previous attacks we learned. Not very useful in a heated battle, but it can help you out if you really need to stop an attack from above. A clone could use it for you, whilst you perform another technique.
  • Limitations of the technique;
    -With my hand above me, I can't perform techniques ;_; and I have to maintain it, so one handseal techniques couldn't be used without rupturing the connection to the umbrella effect. So it can pretty useless at times.
  • How to counter the technique;
    -One could use stronger Rain based techniques, or just hurt the opponent whilst they are handicapped. Relatively easy to counter.
  • Questions regarding the technique;
    -Noh.

Nice guys, very nice. Keep up the good work. Now we will proceed, but it's one technique only though because after this, we'll be doing A-Rank, and then I except MUCH MORE from y'all!

(Touketsu Ame Nottori no Jutsu) - Frozen Rain Capture Technique
Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage Points: N/A
Description: An advance version of rain capture where the user bounces the rain into the clouds.The higher up they go the more colder they get until they freeze and come falling down(similar to hail)in the form of a net or a dome to capture the opponent.

Well, the rain does the work basically, but you must maintain chakra within to successfully use this technique, so the rain shall become so cold, that you can form and shape it into a net or a dome to capture your opponent by sending some rain higher into the ground and so forwards onto your opponent while you shape it into a dome, or net.

  • Brief description of how you perform the technique; I gather water and wind chakra and mix them together to create ameton chakra. After doing so, i send this chakra into the rains high above, near the clouds. I have them suspended in the air, for a short while, until such a height near the clouds freezes the raindrops, in which i use shape manipulation to change the shape of the raindrops and have them join together, where i can shape a net.
  • How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc); I would start with a technique that disables my opponent from moving. This technique could be like a C-rank ice tech (From my kuzan bio) that creates ice around their legs to mobilize them, or a swamp, or anything else like the C-rank earth techs that create 2 walls around the target. Then i would use this technique where the opponent would be unable to move, so i would have a clear shot. I would proceed to use a technique that would bring them underground to finish them off, like antilion technique, or swamp of the underworld.
  • Limitations of the technique; I am guessing that it cannot go to long range and that it requires you to maintain chakra in that specific area before you can drop it, also it does not follow the target
  • How to counter the technique; I would notice the change in rain and how some is not falling as much as it was in certain areas. By doing that, i can look up or look at the differences in the shadows if there is a shadow from a sun source or something. Then i could act accordingly like create an earth armor around me, or use a technique that would allow me to swiftly evade it.
  • Questions regarding the technique; How fast do you think will it take to actually create the net, fast enough in one jutsu slot on a turn? o-o

(Touketsu Ame Nottori no Jutsu) - Frozen Rain Capture Technique

  • Brief description of how you perform the technique;
    -Dean starts off by forming his Ameton chakra by combining his Wind and Water chakra natures. After doing so, Dean manipulates the falling rain to bounce up into the air, and due the drastic change in the temperature and the extreme temperatures high up in the air, these raindrops form into a somewhat hail like form. As the rain comes down, in it's more solid state, Dean manipulates it to form into a net, which would aim to capture the opponent and subsequently, trap the opponent, keeping him in place.
  • How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc);
    -Well, it's a pretty neat technique, and can easily trap the opponent. Though I don't think it's very fast since the rain needs to become more solid first. So I'd use a technique which would occupy the opponent which would allow me to use the technique and ultimately, trap the opponent. It would make great combos.
  • Limitations of the technique;
    -The technique doesn't any damage and isn't the fastest of techniques as it first has to become solid. It's also just up to mid range.
  • How to counter the technique;
    -Well, one could possibly notice the bouncing of rain upwards, by the disturbance in the rain. And if the rain starts falling in solid form, one could use Earth armor or a suitable overhead covering that could protect you from the solid rain drops.
  • Questions regarding the technique;
    -No.

It actually happens pretty fast to be honest. If you're a regular rain user, you can of course successfully perform this technique after a few seconds, let's say as fast as when you are trying to gather clouds to make it rain while it's quite sunny. Let's say four/five seconds at least, if you're a rain specialist then much faster than usual.

(Touketsu Ame Aikuchi) - Frozen Rain Dagger
Rank: A

Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description: An advance version of rain daggers where the user bounces the rain into the clouds.The higher up they go the more colder they get until they freeze and come falling down(similar to hail).

(Touketsu Ame Ittou) - Frozen Rain Blade
Rank: A
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description: An advance version of rain blade where the user bounces the rain into the clouds.The higher up they go the more colder they get until they freeze and come falling down(similar to hail) and unlike the original they do not turn back into train until after 3 turns.

These are both the same, so I require both to use just one template since on is a dagger, and the other a blade so it doesn't really matter in which thing you materialize the frozen rain in. Same as the previous technique, you cause the rain to bounce higher into the clouds so that they'll become colder, and continue to come falling down onto your opponent. Once they're like, mid-air you'll have to shape the frozen rain in either a dagger or a blade.

Then, i would release the chakra in the air, high above where the rain is falling. I would send the chakra into a group of raindrops and cause them to jump up and up in the clouds until it becomes so cold that it freezes. I use shape manipulation to shape the rain into daggers, and used another one to create blades, then, it falls down like any normal rain technique o-o
  • How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc); Id use this technique once my opponent is preoccupied with something else. Like, i would use earlier techniques to serve as a distraction, for this technique to actually take the kill. For example, i could throw kunais a bit lower, to have their eyes naturally follow it. I could also use bringer of darkness so they won't see what's going on, or create walls around them so theyre space of movement is limited for the dagger or blade to hit with better accuracy
  • Limitations of the technique; Both of these techniques cannot reach long range, and both of these techniques, once shaped into a dagger or blade, the target would feel rain stop above them. Also, it cannot move while mid air.
  • How to counter the technique; I would counter this technique by feeling the rain stop falling above me, then i would look up and have a reason to move away rather than metagaming. For example, i could make myself a lot lighter with the earth technique, or create a shield of earth.
  • Questions regarding the technique; Not really.

He then sends this rain based chakra into the falling and manipulates the it, so the rain bounces higher up into the clouds. As it goes higher, it becomes colder and colder, thus forming solid properties. Then as it comes down, I form these solid raindrops into a dagger using shape manipulation. The dagger would then come down upon the opponent and slice him, possibly killing him.
  • How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc);
    -Well, basically combined with a technique that constricts the opponent. The rain dagger would slash through the opponent's head, and it would be an instant kill. Though, it make take some time to create the dagger.
  • Limitations of the technique;
    -The time taken to create the dagger, and also, the fact that it is only up to mid range. The dagger could also be dodged as it falls in a linear motion.
  • How to counter the technique;
    -One could easily notice the disturbance in the rain, as the water gets bounced higher up, it would cause a slight disturbance. A simple earth based armor or shield would also suffice.
  • Questions regarding the technique;
    -No.

(Hougeki Arare) - Bombarding Hail
Rank: A
Type: Attack
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description: Using this jutsu requires great chakra control, performing hand seals and sending chakra into the clouds. After a bit of development,(three turns) a ninja will form the precipitation of the cloud into hail. This hail will fall for a brief time from the clouds and by chakra control be targeted at the opponent.
Note:must have clouds in the sky to use this jutsu.

Well, this technique is easy to understand. You simply send your chakra into the sky after making two/three handseals. This chakra must be sent constantly up in the air so that the rain can turn into hail on time, so after every turn passes, the colder the rain can be felt. During this technique, you can only use wind, water and rain technique's. The only drawback of this technique is that it needs two turns, which means that it's not used very often. Once the rain turned into hail, you send all the gathered hail towards your opponent and if done successfully, then it'll continue raining like before.

(Setsumou) - Snow Blindness
Rank: A
Type: Supplementary
Range: Shot-Mid
Chakra Cost: 30
Damage Points: N/A
Description: Used in conjunction with the Hidden Mist skill this makes things even more difficult to see. If used without the Hidden Mist skill, it is far less effective.The user makes snow begin to fall from the sky as thick as possible. This, of course, effects both the user and the opponent's vision.
Note:This jutsu must have rain clouds to perform and the snow takes three turns to fall and lasts for 3 turns.
Restrictions:Can only be used three times per battle.

Same explanation as above, but instead, it's thick hail > snow.

  • Brief description of how you perform the technique; I perform two handseals, and combine my wind and water chakra into one, creating ameton chakra. I send large amounts of it into the sky, forcing it into a large amount of raindrops falling from the sky. I use that chakra to suspend them above the clouds, where it is much colder and use nature transformation to change the nature of it into ice, and have it become larger. Then, after 3 turns, i manipulate it to have it rain down on my target.
  • How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc); I would use this technique first, obviously, since it takes 3 whole turns to perform. *timeskip to the turn its going* Then, i would use a technique that would keep my opponent in place/disitracted. A good one would be the snake constrict genjutsu. Then, i would, when the hail starts to drop, raise the ground 100m at extreme speeds, causing them to crash with the hail faster than usual, and take on a ton of damage o-o
  • Limitations of the technique; Can only use like.. 3 elements while this is active (._.)
  • How to counter the technique; I would counter this technique by pushing my opponent into using different elements. I could also clear the rain clouds or release a strong fire to the skies, melting the 'cold' weather
  • Questions regarding the technique; What if you use a different element within the 3 turns? would it stop completely, or can you resume on the next turn? o-o
  • Brief description of how you perform the technique; I combine water and wind chakra and create ameton chakra. Upon doing so, i would send it in the skies were the raindrops are beginning to fall. I would send it through all of the small rain drops and the clouds itself, so it would freeze up, but not completely, the water droplets falling from the sky. Upon doing so, 3 turns later, snow falls.
  • How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc); I wouldn't use the mist first because it would easily be blown away. Once the snow starts falling, i would use it with the hidden mist technique. Then, with silent killing, i'd be able to maneuver around the battlefield and my opponent, virtually unseen.
  • Limitations of the technique; Same as above, can only use 3 different elemental nature whilst this is active
  • How to counter the technique; I would counter this technique by destroying the rain clouds like using a fire techniques or a wind technique to clear the skies. I could also use a wind technique to stop the mist from spreading.
  • Questions regarding the technique;None

(Hougeki Arare) - Bombarding Hail

  • Brief description of how you perform the technique;
    -Dean starts by forming three hand seals, and mixing his Water and Wind chakras, to form Rain chakra. He sends this rain based chakra into the air above, and keeps feeding it with his chakra, for up to three turns. This causes the rain itself to become so cold, that it actually turns into hail. This hail can then be directed towards the opponent.
  • How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc);
    -Well, since it requires up to THREE turns of prep time, it requires you to really pressure your opponent, so you can successfully do this jutsu. I don't really see this succeeding, unless your opponent can't keep up with you. Though if it did wor, constricting the person, or injuring him without killing him, would allow you ample time to complete the three turns and do this jutsu.
  • Limitations of the technique;
    -It takes three turns to fully complete, before it can be used, making it practically a a technique to only use if you know you have the opponent by the *beep* It's only short range, making it quite limited.
  • How to counter the technique;
    -Basically, if your opponent ever manages to get this technique right, you could use a Wind based attack to blow away the hail. Also, since the opponent is limited to three elements, make him suffer ;)
  • Questions regarding the technique;
    -No.
(Setsumou) - Snow Blindness

  • Brief description of how you perform the technique;
    -Dean starts by combining his wind and Water chakra, which allows him to create rain based chakra. Dan then sends this Rain chakraq into the sky, and causes the raindrops to bounce up higher, and becomes colder, turning into snow. The snow falls onto the battlefield after 3 turns, and causes the snow to act as a smoke screen, blinding both enemy and user.
  • How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc);
    -Well, it can be used with Hiding in Mist jutsu like it says. It's quite an effective jutsu, and can be used in conjunction with many techniques, if you manage to get the whole 3 turns over. Though, one should have a sensory effect going, otherwise, it's not of much use.
  • Limitations of the technique;
    -It takes three turns for it to form, and be complete. It also blinds both the user, and the opponent O^O
  • How to counter the technique;
    -Basically, the user would only be able to use 3 elements and so, they can easily be cornered. Also, a very hot jutsu could basically melt away the snow.
  • Questions regarding the technique;
    -Nope

  • Brief description of how you perform the technique;
  • How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc);
  • Limitations of the technique;
    -It takes three turns to fully complete, before it can be used, making it practically a a technique to only use if you know you have the opponent by the *beep* It's only short range, making it quite limited.
  • How to counter the technique;
    -Basically, if your opponent ever manages to get this technique right, you could use a Wind based attack to blow away the hail. Also, since the opponent is limited to three elements, make him suffer ;)
  • Questions regarding the technique;
    -No.
(Setsumou) - Snow Blindness

  • Brief description of how you perform the technique;

    -Well, it can be used with Hiding in Mist jutsu like it says. It's quite an effective jutsu, and can be used in conjunction with many techniques, if you manage to get the whole 3 turns over. Though, one should have a sensory effect going, otherwise, it's not of much use.

The chakra will get disturbed... or, let's say that it'll simply stop. The rain can be felt, that it has indeed turned colder but it won't get any colder but warmer instead (it'll simply turn into rain again as the turns pass by, especially when stopping after two turns). It's not like you pause by the second turn, and then use in that pause another element and then continue using it again after that cool down making it three total, won't work like that.

(Suiton: Kouu no Fukkou) - Water Style: Rain's Renaissance
Rank: A
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 30
Damage Points: N/A
Description: The user slams his hand on the ground and sends a large wave of chakra into the ground. This wave of chakra causes all small, nearby sources of water to fly back into the clouds to replenish them. This has little effect on natural storms but on artificial ones it can be used multiple times to lengthen it almost indefinitely.

The purpose of this technique is to keep continuing the rain technique that you used. This is a good technique so you don't spam the rain tiger of will technique, but remember that you only have one turn space. So when your opponent manages to stop the rain technique, you will have to use it exactly afterwards (your next move) because you can't use it like two turns afterwards. It's quite the handy technique. When you let it rain and your opponent tries to intercept the clouds thus causing the rain to stop falling from the clouds makes this technique a good and handy one. Not to mention that when there is just a slight water source, this will do. A small river or even when you're riding the water technique of Kisame, a simple clap upon the water will do too making you capable of letting it rain again as the water get's forced upwards into the air and so forward into the clouds. But don't forget that then you will lose control over the water wave until you succeed in letting it rain (dispersing it too)

(Kyuutai no Ame) - Orb of Rain
Rank: A
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description: After a long line of handseals, the user is able to place a large amount of chakra into their hands and gather rain towards their palms. The user must begin running towards the target of the jutsu, once enough rain has been gathered and condensed to form a fist sized orb of water in the user's hand, the user must place their hand near the target. The orb of water will "explode" pushing enemies back and creating openings for attacks.

So, it's quite the strange technique since it says short-mid but I think they mean that that's how far you can send your opponent flying once exploding. Use the template, I wonder how you would use it. It's easy, coat your hand in an orb of rain that can explode upon impact. Nothing more nothing less.

  • Brief description of how you perform the technique; I gather water and wind chakra and combine them together to create ameton chakra. Upon doing so, i would proceed to slam my hands on the ground and send that rain chakra into the ground, where I manipulate all water sources on the ground within range and manipulate them to slowly, throughout the battle, rise up from the ground to the sky and fall back down again, creating infinite rain.
  • How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc); Well, this isn't a combination-friendly technique. I would basically use this technique for its supplementary uses, maybe even use the water source to create infinite rain after an enemy stopped the rain with the stop rain technique, lol. I would use this on a water source that my opponent is standing on so when they see it rise up, they'd probably think its a genjutsu. xD
  • Limitations of the technique; It cannot use water sources outside of mid-range. xD
  • How to counter the technique; I would counter this technique by eliminating the water sources, by using it as a technique against my enemy or even using a technique like a water dragon bullet to have it travel long range from my target. o_o
  • Questions regarding the technique; Not really
  • Brief description of how you perform the technique; I gather water and wind chakra and combine them together to create rain chakra after performing a line of handseals. Upon doing so, i woudl release this chakra on my palms and have the rain drops falling on the sky to be gathered to that single spot. Then, i would run towards my opponent and by the time i get close to them, i punch them, and manipulate the orb of water to explode outwards to push them away.
  • How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc); Well, it does not say that it needs physical contact so what i'd try to do is run towards my opponent, skillfully and hidden, so when my fist is like an inch away, it would explode outwards to push them back and damage their backs. I could use techniques like hiding in earth, or hiding in mist to effectively conceal my movements
  • Limitations of the technique; It cannot reach long range, and you'd need to risk getting to short-range
  • How to counter the technique; I would counter this technique by making sure my opponent stays away from me. I could create bounderies to block me from the user, like a wall of earth, or a swamp parting us. I could also create the B or S-rank armor and simply tank it, while attacking right after since they'd be so close
  • Questions regarding the technique; Nah
