- Brief description of how you perform the technique; I gather water and wind chakra and together combined, make Ameton chakra. I send it out to the fabric/clothing of my target, making it as a magnet and manipulating my chakra to attract raindrops around it. These raindrops that fall on the targets clothing will stay there, thanks to my chakra, and gradually build up, causing it to get heavier and heavier the longer it rains.
- How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc); Well, this technique is a technique id use in the beginning of the battle, and would have its effect throughout the battle. Once i activate this techinque, i would, after a few turns, use speedy techniques that would allow me to move faster. Because my opponent would have water in their armor/clothing, it would be hard for them to move as fast so they won't catch me. I can also use earth techniques a lot, probably from underneath them so if they use lightning, theyd get shocked.
- Limitations of the technique; The amount of time it would take to get that amount of water in the clothing.
- How to counter the technique; Taking off your clothes. LOLLOL. I mean it is a legitimate counter; i'd use earth chakra, like the one that makes things lighter. It would also drive out the ameton chakra
- Questions regarding the technique; Nothing.
- Brief description of how you perform the technique; I gather water and wind chakra and combine them together, creating rain chakra. I then proceed to send out all the rain chakra i mustered up to the raindrops, directly to the side of my opponent. The rain chakra will manipulate into the raindrops to form clones of myself. They are created about 5 meters above ground, and once it crashes in the ground, disappears in a puddle.
- How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc); I would use this technique as a distraction and as a setup for another technique. Once it crashes on the ground to create puddles, near my opponent hopefully, i would use that C-rank rain jutsu to create a spike of water from the puddle and attack them from the sides while my body would be performing another technique, maybe something in their opposite side to get them distracted. o-o
- Limitations of the technique; This would be the fact that the clones can't harm the opponent in any way and serves as a distraction only
- How to counter the technique; No counter necessary, they won't harm you but i guess finding out that it isn't real would be important so you can keep your focus on your opponent, rather than the false clones
- Questions regarding the technique; So its basically making a clone of water, from the rain right? Like you can make it anywhere there's rain, like 20 Meters in the air, or 5 meters in the air and it falls as fast as rain, right? o-o
Well, yes ace. You can basically use the technique up in the air, near your opponent, behind, beneath everywhere as long as it's in your short ranged area. So, five meters to the left, right, front, back or above; hence why it's short ranged. And L, it's nice to see that you are putting effort and not actually looking at Ace his post to copy paste or get ideas from him, but exactly as Ace said, make yourself lighter or use an D-Ranked fire technique that could evaporate a little of the water, causing steam but making you lighter than before of course. Taking off your clothes is an option too, but it would take time of course.(Gouu no Jutsu) - Heavy Rain Technique
- Brief description of how you perform the technique;
-Dean starts by gathering his Ameton chakra, by combining his Water and Wind chakra. Dean then sends his Rain based chakra into the opponent, making it act like an attractor. Then by manipulating my chakra, I cause raindrops from the falling rain to be attracted to my opponent's clothing. The rain would then start to gather on the opponent and make him heavier, pulling him down to the ground.
- How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc);
-It's a useful technique, and as you said, it can be used when someone uses a technique which is released from their mouth, which would cause them to injure themselves and possibly even kill themselves. Also, it's a good way to constrict someone and then use a technique which would kill them like Swamp of the Underworld or Sticky Earth Drop, or any jutsu that is fast enough to hurt the opponent before they can counter the weight.
- Limitations of the technique;
-It doesn't produce it's own water, so it must be done in a rainy environment and also the time it would take before the opponent is completely heavy, or unable to move I guess. The move itself doesn't cause any damage, so it's practically a supplementary jutsu.
- How to counter the technique;
-Hm, this one is tricky, maybe move yourself fast enough to make the raindrops go off your clothes/body. Not to sure of this one, remove the part the raindrops are attracted to .-.
- Questions regarding the technique;
-What is a suitable counter?
(Ame Bunshin) - Raining Clones
- Brief description of how you perform the technique;
-Dean starts by gathering his Ameton chakra by combining his Wind and Water based chakra. He then sends his chakra into the raindrops beside him, creating a clone of himself within the rain. This acting as a mere distraction, it can't perform any techniques. So then the clone hits the ground, and turns into a puddle of water on the ground.
- How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc);
-Mostly for distractions, so it can be used to distract or confuse your opponent, can be useful in some occasions but not that much as it can't do anything itself, though the puddle it creates could be manipulated.
- Limitations of the technique;
-It doesn't do any damage and it's only good for distractions, plus it can only be used in close range.
- How to counter the technique;
-If you doubt it to be a clone, a simple punch can destroy it and send it to become a mere puddle. It's preferably a distraction technique.
- Questions regarding the technique;
-No.
ONTO B-RAAAAAAAAANK ~
(Ame Kumo Bunshin) - Rain Cloud Clone
Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage Points: N/A
Description: A jutsu that creates a clone from the Rain clouds in the sky. The clone resembles the user but keeps the appearance of moving clouds with only the shape and color of the user. Because of this the clouds cannot be used as a distraction. The clones are able to attack and receive attacks.
They can only punch and kick, throw kunai's and equipment's but cannot use technique's whatsoever. Usually used to mess with your opponent, or use this to defend yourself from a low ranked technique since it doesn't require the usage of any handseals whatsoever.
(Ame Ame Tama) - Raining Rain Bullets
Rank: B
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage Points: 40
Description: The user does the necessary handseals and focuses chakra into the rain, the rain draws together and forms several bullets of rain. The "bullets" fall at an accelerated rate and feel like large rocks falling from the sky.
I love this technique, why? Just because when you create the necessary handseals you can basically cause all the rain drops to come together, so fuse and become quite big ones which become bullets that come falling down one second after another, it's like an endless rain but then in bullets that actually are as hard as rock. And you can even confuse your opponent by letting him think that you're actually performing an whole other technique whilst in reality you create this, unnoticeable to them because if you use this correctly without letting your opponent notice anything because of the rain temporarily stopping because of the fact that they're gathering above your opponent; making it quite the OP technique. So with the combination of an wind technique; this could be quite the handy technique. Just, use your creativity and explore the technique.
