Now that I saw the mechanics behind Gai's restoration and now Kakashi's eye, I can undoubtely say that Naruto is a wielder of the Banbutsu Sōzō.

That leaves Sasuke having the ability to destroy and recreate...

I need to add the Theory tag it seems, because as you're stating (with a kind of mislead term), I'm stating a possibility (not a probability).

Now, you have a valid point: "How am I so sure?"

Kakashi didn't feel anything new before opening his eye (there was not even a sign), meaning that Naruto didn't just give life to Kakashi's lifeless flesh in order to create the eye (Kakashi would have felt something if this was the case). Naruto created a new eye from nothingness.

How can you explain this if not by COAT?

I'm not so sure about the ability behind Sasuke, but teleporting seems way too... weak (We already have Kamui and FTG, which are abilities that are not limited like Sasuke's technique which uses his tomoes). I can't believe Sasuke is 'just' teleporting.

By your logic Kakashi is able to use Raiton no Yoroi because he has mastered the Seishitsuhenka Raiton. And Danzō would be able to use Banbutsu Sōzō because he has Inyōton. Izanagi is a variation of Banbutsu Sōzō, which base on Inyōton, the YYR, but that doesn't mean the user of Izanagi could use BS as well.

I think Naruto has displayed the ability of restoration not creation. Similar to Hashi being able to regenerate but he can use it to others regen others also. He's pretty much Oro now except he's a true sage and 10jin so his chakra is also nature's chakra. OMG think of if he gave out more chakra cloaks.

There are also other scenaris that could make Naruto's ability a Yang release.

You could be right , but if so , I have one question for you:
What will be Madara's power-up if Naruto already has the ultimate jutsu?

Madara's power-up has to make him able to compete with team 7 , that power up has to be COAT , what else?
If Naruto has COAT , Madara doesn't stand a chance against team 7.
