This is all over these days.. Naruto fanboys are salivating over his healing abilities and blowing them up to be COAT. COAT is used to create new life, not a single eye.. Kakashi's DNA contains genetic information for all his body parts, naruto just breathed life into the preexisting form of kakashi, causing rapid cell division of optical tissues to form a new eye. He didn't create kakashi. Therefor it is a YANG ability, not COAT. Also, citing Narutowiki stating naruto has "yin yang release" doesn't help anyone's case here, it only makes you look like a fool. Anyone can edit that to say anything they want, and you took it as fact, you must not be very intelligent.
Would the Sage use COAT to make a new eye? The most powerful tech in the universe, and all it did was regen a simple organic camera made of jelly? yeah, right, very believable.. Obviously Kishi was displaying Naruto is at the apex of Yang Power, he can heal himself and others instantly even regenerating lost organs, something most medical nin cant do. That's good enough, it is incredible. It is not COAT though, honestly I'm wasting time writing this because most of you won't open your minds to new ideas now that you are locking into "NARUTO HAS COAT" but that's alright, you can fall for whatever misinformation you desire.
Let's lay this out for all of you hopeful COAT believers..
Creation of all things = Yin release creating a form from nothing, then using Yang release to breathe life into it. This was previously shown to create the forms of the Bijuu, then bring them to life. Kakashi was already alive, and he is a form already. All naruto needed was to add healing yang energy (to speed up cell division aka "heal") to the form of Kakashi. Naruto has half of COAT, not the real deal.
But, I do have to ask, why is regenerating eye tissues suddenly considered COAT when all the miraculous healing Tsunade and others have done is not?

Seems like Naruto's new power is like a combo of yang release and the sage techniques that we see used on Sasuke by Juugo i.e. when they fight bee-san and when Juugo transfers the flesh of Kabuto to Sasuke.
