well it can be transplanted remember when jiraya thought that the main pain's body (yihaku's dead body) is really yihaku(alive) and he was thinking did yihaku steal nagato's eyes? so if jiraya asked him self that question i think that it can be transplanted and oro wouldnt dair go after pain lol he didint have the guts to go after itachi after he got pwned by him yet alone pain!!!

good idea. but madara payed a high price for his eyes, and he mainly seems to want something to strengthen the weakness of the uchihas, the "weak body".
