well, we have danzo who craves for power enough to transplant other's eyes and the now death nagato who has the so called ultimate eyes, and a guardian who isnt weak but actually doesnt seem to be insanely strong. has anybody any idea why danzo didnt try to get rinnegan after naruto won?
why didnt danzo attack konan for nagatos rinnegan?

i think there is a couple possibilitie. Danzo first was hiding from nagato and his pain guys so we know hes not capable of taking care of that class of a ninja. Next, we dont know the ins and outs of the transplanting of the eyes- does the old user have to be alive when transplanted- like obitp to kakashi. We dont know how he got his- or even who he really is so we cant speculate too much.

how does it appear usually through ninja wars? the only person to have it was nagato and the rikudo sennin so therefore its a rarity not "usualy"

I was thinking, maybe madara declared war so someone would awaken the rinnegan, and then use that person? Because the gedo maizo seems to be something only the rinnegan can use.

ok,but that doesn't fit up to danzo ever wanting the reningan,when senju,uchiha,and hyuga all have their special abilities.why would he,he already declared by his attack on sarutobi the hokage,andshown that he hates senju,also he has a sharingan eye,it is covered up by bandages,he used it to try to convince the other kages to let him lead the ultimate forces of the kage's to rise up against the kages,and wanted naruto to never leave the village or do a journey man ninja mission ever again,because he(naruto)has the nine tailed fox inside him,honestly,he is treating naruto like a little kid,by holding him imprisoned to the village
the only persons had rinnegan got em during ninja wars far as i know
i can be wrong but atm this is how i belive it works
and there were some questions about who will get em now
during 4d ninja war....
and still i dont understand why J-Man after training Nagato and others
left em....come on Nagato had Rinnegan

Well as far as now that v know about in the Naruto-Universe, the eye-transplant that v know about where some knowledge about the process of the eye-transplant taking place has been shown is that of :kakashi: and Obito. In that case it was said that the donor had to be alive for a successful transplant. Therefore v must rely on that info to surmise that that should (although not conclusively) be the case for all the eye-transplant's.
In the case of Nagato, he had already died and hence the eye-transplant would have been a failure and also I doubt he had known the proper location of Nagato (remmebr only Naruto knew properly of Nagato's location and in the end :kakashi: must have just followed the place round about to which :naruto: was headed as told by
's dad or 
's dad. Hence Danzo couldn't have reached the place in time . Also its pretty obvious that Danzo is a BIG Chicken (with mis-matched eyes.. LOL) from the Summit (coz he ran from the place). So he wouldn't have been prepared if :naruto: had actually Lost the fight.
Hence he didn't go to get his next eye-transplant op done.

Root member were probably sent to monitor the situation but how many actually knew about Nagato and him transmitting the chakra in the mountains. Konan would have wasted the filler root members regardless.
Ao got his byakugan from an enemy, so it should be possible to transplant it from a dead one. danzo got his from shisui, and i cant imagine him standing near itachi while itachi fights shisui and waiting for shisui being weakened to the point where he can take his eyes. third madara stated that sasuke could itachi's eyes, who is dead.
i just thought that if i were danzo, i would try anything to get rinnegan, because he could create a jutsu to heal his "wounds" and usually he's good informed, so he should've known about nagato's death. and a legion of anbus should be able to handle konan, they might even do that while he's at the discussion.
danzo also proved that you can transplant whole body-parts, and with the sharingan being the heir of the rinnegan and being transplantable, there's a high possibility that you can transplant rinnegan too. maybe kishi just didnt thought about that possibility, or didnt want to power danzo over the level of sharingan.

cuz konan instantly used her paper jutsu's on nagato's body and the other 6dead bodies and naruto was there and i dont think that he would try to steal nagato's eyes infront of naruto
even jiraya thought that it would be a myth, so why chase sth. that probably doesnt even exist. oro takes bodies, so if it was not transplantable it wouldnt stop oro from trying to get it, probably he was looking for an easier victim.
it might be that rinnegan is not transplantable, because you have to have special abilities to use it, but on the other side it wouldnt make sense that only rinnegan is not transplantable, whereas with sharingan and byakugan you can do it.
