Whether I agree if it's the greatest feat or not, the feat of creating your own dimension with no type of doujutsu and strictly comes from experiments is a phenomenal feat no matter how you look at it. It is a true testament to Oro's intelligence besides the vast intellectual and knowledgable feats he's shown throughout his time in the manga.

I can't think of a better feat right now though so I'll say it's the greatest. I find Oro's feat better than Madara creating Zetsu and I had that pretty high when it came to intellectual feats.

Not as impressive as cloning from scratch. Arguably the Mazou and Hashirama's unique cells with their regenerative properties did most of the work.

And if you factor in time, it could've taken Madara decades to complete his work for all we know.

As for Nagato, not as impressive as Edo Tensei. Yes Tobirama's been replicated, but Nagato's Jutsu and Edo Tensei aren't even in the same league.
