Lol the title was catchy right? .. Bt it only applies to DSM Kabuto.. If it were Shisui against Kabuto.. He would hav placed kabuto under Kotoamatsukami,without kabuto knowing.. Plus Shisui wouldn't lose an eye.. Unlike itachi did... Not sayim dat Itachi sucks.. Jst sayin Shisui would have done a better job.. Cuz Kotoamatsukami also does not require eye contact...

Izanami doesn't require eye contact either. It works on the senses.

I'd say that Itachi is better here because he actually helped Kabuto, whereas kotoakatsukami would just manipulate him.
