Current Naruto: Demi God level (Ashura, Indra, Sasuke (potentially)

Well the principle behind Naruto's frog kumite is to not actually touch the intended target. Which means no part of Naruto touches the raikiri. So unless your implication is that the nature energy is a medium of some sort, Naruto won't feel a thing. Essentially, replace the path of pain's face with a raikiri and you'll see what I mean.
