Sorry, but nothing I said was wrong. Madara would have killed gai before he even opened the 8th gate(if it weren't for lee saving him) Furthermore, he even had a convo with kakashi/minato before opening the 8th gate, and madara did nothing. So yeah.......

Zabuza did nothing when Kakashi talked to Sasuke, Naruto and Sakura? I can MAKE one hundred of list down here about enemies who didn't attack their opponent while they were talking, but I am sure that someone like you wouldn't mind or read it.
So instead let me clear this up for you. Imagine if Guy opened the 8th Gate INSTEAD of 7th Gate, then what would Madara do? Madara didn't knew that someone like Guy could open use the 8th gate, so he barely stood there and he was a little bit surprised. If Guy opened the 8th Gate, Madara would have been in trouble, so did he do something?

It's called plot induced stupidity mate-the latest madara/guy incident was no different to all those other instances(zabuza,kakashi etc) And btw, it's a manga fact madara would have murdered 7th gate gai if not for lee.
